After a kind couple's attempt to jump the car didn't work, we were feeling pretty stuck--until we realized we were literally across the street from an O'Reilly Auto Parts. I called the store, and that's when Ed became our hero of the night. Without hesitation, he walked across the street with a jumper and got our car running again. And he didn't stop there! We headed over to the shop, bought a new battery, and Ed even installed it for us right then and there. Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind--exactly the kind of person you hope to run into when your car dies and you're stuck with your plans derailed. I can't thank him enough. Today Chris was in the store. I recognized him from previous visits. He always provides a warm welcome as soon as my feet cross the threshold of the entrance. Chris is an exceptional Auto Parts expert and works very quickly at getting what I need. Chris also takes the time to provide educational details on the different options. I needed a headlight bulb because if it's not a fog light it's my headlight bulbs blowing after a few years. The joys of vehicle ownership! Chris was kind enough to put the bulb in for me. I appreciate the service and the staff here not just this visit but every visit before this. Wouldn't even turn over a bit…read more My husband took the battery and out and off to Advance Auto we went to see if we needed a new one. They provide free battery testing . After a quick test, they said the battery probably just needed charging. We hadn't driven the SUV in about 6 weeks so that made sense. They said they could do a 6 hour charge on the battery for NO CHARGE. WOO HOO !!! Hopefully it will charge up and we won't have to buy a new one. They were super helpful and their services can not be beat. Give them a try. They are great to answer any questions you may have concerning your car.

The staff here are pleasant, empathetic, and professional and give each customer attention in the order we entered the store. Michael and Gilberto are the best. Apparently not. I returned the battery I bought, jumped my wife's car, and drove straight to AutoZone where I bought from them. Unlike at O'Reilly's, they were happy to assist a paying customer and installed it in less than 10 minutes! I even slipped the guy an extra $20 for just helping us out. I will never go to O'Reilly's ever again and will always go to their competitor.

My stepdad is a mechanic and really likes NAPA so when I needed a new air filter and cabin filter, I thought of this place. Well, it was a good thing that I checked on their website for the store hours before heading over because they close a lot earlier than the other auto parts stores (6pm M-F and 4pm Sat). I was not in a rush to get the parts but it is something important to keep in mind. The NAPA store is small in comparison to their competitors but I got exactly what I needed and it was actually a few bucks cheaper than their competitors. It was also pretty cool to hear that the guy checking out at the register next to me had put in an order that morning for a part and it was there by the afternoon for him to pickup. I have generally had a good experience at any auto parts store I have been to (specifically auto parts stores, not tire or mechanic shops) and I don't necessarily have a preference. I like that NAPA had been longstanding in this industry and has been around since 1925. In addition, I believe they specialize in finding the exact part you need verses one that could be universal. Even just for my air filter, the salesman came out to my car to check my engine size. I will continue to go to NAPA unless I have an urgent need and they are closed.

However after repositioning the boulder to avoid further claims they have thrown me under the bus. Great customer service to be sure. Buyer beware doing business with this company. The customer is not always right at this business.
