I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. And the whole thing was cheaper than I expected!
