I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs to get a replacement key fob for my car. Their service was excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Within 30 minutes of arriving, they were able to cut a new key and program the new fob. It was also much cheaper than it would have been at the dealership. During a recent snow I stood in it waiting for a locksmith to open my car doors. After paying way too much for that, I drove to this place and the very helpful gentleman at the counter replaced my fob battery and I haven't had a problem since. I appreciate that he was so helpful during a snowstorm and when it was right before closing. Wish I could give his name for the proper kudos but I don't remember it. My car is a Fiat 500. I have been there couple times and each time I regretted going there because they are not respectful at all. I don't understand why they refused replacing the damaged battery which I had purchased from them couple months ago, they did whatever they could to just charge the damaged battery and force me to keep and use it while the battery had 5 year warranty on it. I took the battery three times to them and the only thing they did was they charged it. but battery would discharged again and again. We took the battery to another location on Atlantic av. and he was extremely polite and he helped us immediately. read more

Excellent experience here today! I found this place using Yelp & Google to hopefully repair my daughters' very cracked up phone. I was nervous being from out of town, the they had received super reviews, so in I went. I was immediately greeted by Robbie, he checked me in, went through a few steps and less than the hour he had promised to be done, he came out to my car to let me know all was fixed. It's like a brand new phone! Best service, very friendly and service-oriented. The service came with a warranty, and an additional discount for the screen protector and warranty for it. They fix phones!!!! And tablets! Who knew! Hubs told me and saved me from thinking my device was dead and it's an iphone6! They have a lot of bells & whistles but they aren't toddler proof! Instead of at least 350 for a used phone, my screen *and* LCD repaired for 139! I got within a couple hours! I stopped by the Batteries Plus Bulbs in Wake Forest to drop off a Black & Decker Power Station for recycling since it would no longer take a charge. Fortunately, I met Dan who informed me that they had the rechargeable battery for my Power Station in stock. Since my intent was to just drop it off for recycling, I had no tools to open the case. Not a problem, as Dan opened the case and installed the new power pack for me! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and determined to fix my problem.
