Jumping the battery didn't work, and Ed suggested it might be a faulty starter (which turned out to be exactly right). At that point I was pretty frazzled with two cars out of commission, but Ed stayed calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. He let me leave my car overnight and even suggested options for getting home. After a kind couple's attempt to jump the car didn't work, we were feeling pretty stuck--until we realized we were literally across the street from an O'Reilly Auto Parts. I called the store, and that's when Ed became our hero of the night. Without hesitation, he walked across the street with a jumper and got our car running again. And he didn't stop there! We headed over to the shop, bought a new battery, and Ed even installed it for us right then and there. Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind--exactly the kind of person you hope to run into when your car dies and you're stuck with your plans derailed. I can't thank him enough. My phone looks good as new and I no longer have to strangle my friend for leaving me with no phone. Actually, it probably wasn't even 15 minutes. These guys are seriously fast. My theory is that the mustache assists in the repair procedure. Apparently, they also have a tricked out ambulance. I did not see the ambulance, but I was nonetheless impressed by the fact that someone would commit that heavily to the "iphone doctor" theme. That's dedication. All in all, this is probably my 10th or 11th time getting my phone patched up, and this place was probably the most pleasant experience with a repair shop I've had. Party on, Matt! Thirty minutes later we picked up my phone with the new screen however the phone kept rebooting when using any app, including making calls. We took the phone back immediately and the technician blamed the case, the battery and finally when he was proven wrong on each matter, he simply said that the phone was old. Additionally he claimed that the vibrator was broken which wasn't before I submitted it to them. Later I found out that the battery wouldn't charge and I wasn't even able to sync as well. Lack of integrity with incompetence makes for the worst customer service . The technician didn't even attempt to fix what he had broken and we were not given a refund. So basically we paid $55.00 to have my phone broken and lose a lot of valuable data.

I get the no refund on items you decide you don't like. However, I'm disappointed an exception for a defective product could not be made. Employees were nice and helpful with purchase but when trying to return I got the too bad, so sad, it's our policy run around. Depends on what matters to you I guess. I won't be back.

He told us it was $65 for a battery if we brought in the old battery. So, we stopped in today to make our purchase. We saw Darius & he seemed to have a better attitude. He wasn't short or rude like he was yesterday. We got the battery & he told us there's a 6 month warranty on it for 6 months. If we lose the receipt, the warranty is voided. There's no information on our receipt (ie. customer name or detailed battery information). So, I will be sure not to lose it. I recommend this place if you need a battery for the low, but that's about it.
