They have always been helpful when I have had a question with my car or checking to see why a certain light has popped on.

Yes, five stars. I had a very, very old car. I'd been using cars.com to get notifications of…read moresales on the car I had in mind, a newer (but not new) Subaru Forester. An amazing deal kept popping up for a 2017 Forester, very nicely equipped, fairly priced and wicked low mileage at this dealership. I finally bit the bullet and notified them, via email, that I was coming in to test drive this one. Minutes after I dropped my email, Kathleen called me from the front office. I told her I'd be by within the hour. My wife and I showed up and met a wonderful sales person, Courtney. We instantly clicked and while driving the car, I said "this is the one I'm buying". This was around 10am. My very old car wasn't worth much (I knew this going in) and we got $500 for my car's trade in. Courtney said if we wanted this car, she could make it happen....today. So we left a deposit on our credit card (for the points of course) and headed to our bank to get a cashiers check for the rest of what we wanted to put down. Courtney called at 2:30 asking if 3pm would work for a pick up. Yes, it works. So 6 hours after driving this car, it was mine. She was FABULOUS, no pressure and honestly, felt like a friend when we left. (we hugged--who hugs their car salesperson?)- I guess I do, when it's someone as comfy and sweet as Courtney.

Very dissapointed! Service department is lost!!! This visit…read morewas the straw that broke the camels back, we won't be going back. I'm tired of being taken for a fool. My smiles can only last so long. How do we go from a $6,000 service quote to $600 just overnight? We had to inform the service dept. of the recall. Once service was performed now with the new diagnosis the car just didn't run right. Took the car back, this time we were told it's a $2,500 repair, so again we told them about a warranty, and again suddenly we no longer needed this service. We received a new call and we were given a new and different diagnosis for something minor for $200. My question is what if I agreed to the first quote, would they pocket the $?. My other car was there twice for 2 weeks, still didn't sound right, so we took it back, at which point they kept it for a MONTH. Emissions I requested was never done in the 3 visits, the balancing and alignment I paid for was never done, because as soon as I got on a highway my steering wheel vibrated at 60mph. I took it to Town Fair and finally got it corrected. There were always excuses and BS which I have no time for. Time to move on.

First of all, my original photo was an over reaction to an anticipated service bill for 60+k miles;…read morebrake pads, gallons of fluids (exaggerated) tire rotation & rebalancing, filters, etc. For 2017 Toyota that has been the very dependable Family wagon roaming the prairies, "Mable the Abel" was due for Love & Care. The service crew kept me informed and consulted on the estimated cost. Very good to reduce the expected surprise. Hoffmann Toyota Service in Simsbury/Canton was the right place. 4 Stars, sorry guys, the waiting area was fine for a short service, but not completely comfortable for a long wait 3-5 hours. Especially with a well behaved Velcro pup. Seasonal outdoor seating under cover for rain or shine would be much appreciated. Will I return, you bet ya.

I spoke w Wendy initially about a leftover 2025 Tundra TRD Pro that was listed for just over $74k,…read moreput a deposit down of $1,000 and dealt with Patrick following said deposit. I picked up the truck the following weekend, I live in NJ, so I had to take a bus out there to do so. On the way there that morning, I received word that a family member had passed, once I got there, I just wanted to complete the sale and leave. I questioned more than once why my deposit wasn't documented or credited and was basically blown off. After the dust had settled (settled family affairs), I realized that Patrick Pantalone and David Delorenzo had added an additional $3,000 to the sale price without ever having documenting or explaining it in ANY of the paperwork at all. It's my fault for trusting people to not be predatory scumbags and this was an expensive lesson. Stay FAR, FAR away from the slime that works at this dealership, I'd imagine that this is common practice across the board at all Hoffman dealerships or they wouldn't be so bold and unapologetic in their dealings with customers.**the final sale price ended up being over $83,000, tax, title and registration amounted to just shy of $6,000. Well done guys, from just over $80,000 to just over $83,000 with zero explanation or documentation provided.

Pretty much my first time walking into a dealership looking to get in a car quickly but not sure if…read moreI would look into leasing, used, etc. I went in later in the afternoon on a Thursday and met with Austin. He made the whole process very easy. He was clearly knowledgeable in the car I looked at, very professional and quite accommodating with my budget. After going over all the features and options, he got me in for a test drive within 20 minutes. I did some paperwork on my return and Austin let me know I'd hear from them once the credit check and paperwork was done. I spoke with Annie the next day and she too was extremely pleasant and friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Roughly 24 hours from when I first stepped in I had the good news. Austin even picked me up from my job down the street to finalize the paperwork and get into my new lease. I sat down with Ryan to go over the insurance details and he was very helpful with this whole process. What started out as a very stressful situation for me was met with a very courteous, affable group of people! The showroom was spotless, bright and inviting. The process from start to finish was easy, explained well and fast. I can't give my opinion on any other dealership to make a comparison but I can say that this is the type of service that every place should have! I am happy to have been helped by people who clearly care and will definitely be back in the future!

What a horrible experience so please enjoy the read. They have attempted to remove my reviews so…read morethey can pretend they are a great dealership and stand behind the sale and customer satisfaction. Well here are some screen shots where you can see that they knowingly sold a car with damage, lied about it, didn't disclose it was a theft recovery, mechanical issues as you can see from the lights on the dash, vehicle arrived with over 100 extra miles on it from when I purchased it to transport picking it up from them and more! My 2024 Nissan GTR was purchased through Hoffman Nissan with Gus as my point of contact. Rest assured he will take great care of you lol "hiding the damage and playing the I didn't know card" very well. Vehicle arrived with damage in all locations listed on the transport pick up sheet before it even arrived to me with 100 additional miles on it at pick up. Damaged components, alignment off, rims all had damage , mismatched tires (advised by Nissan not recommended as it can cause transmission issues) what do you know .... needs a transmission!!! (diagnosed by a local Nissan dealer!!) Said it was an issue prior to me owning the vehicle as diagnostic reports show it! They are liars and thieves and I have all the proof I need to take action. I have tried to contact Gus Loukus who has some how disappeared and does not answer phone calls, text or emails anymore after he made his money on the sale and Micheal Lapointe is no better! They both know what they did and how they lied and hid the damage and sold it to someone out of state to make the deal happen. Not only that they never reported by issues since August/ September of last year to the warranty claims department and let their guaranteed satisfaction warranty expire and not make a claim. A real clown show you have at this dealership and unfortunately with multiple attempts to have them stand up and resolve the problem they choose to run and hide instead of standing behind the sale and their brand. It is sad that a consumer has to get legal involved to have their vehicle repaired to the condition they were told it was in. I have attached screen shots showing that management wants to know what I want ......and my simple answer was the items not disclosed as damaged or having issues repaired or replaced. To then be ghosted and just ignored. It's sad you have to threaten with legal or social media exposure for a company to do the right thing anymore! Guess matters have to be taken to another level and I will make sure not only that this gets resolved but that no other consumer has to suffer and buy hidden garbage from your dealership! If you decide you would like to step up Hoffman and replace the parts on the vehicle you sold me with hidden damage you know where to find me. BTW it needs a transmission as well. If legal takes this claim over your bill goes up quite a bit and I won't go away. So why don't you make the right decision and take care of your customer. Step up and do the right thing. I will make it my life's mission to make sure I keep all social media options informed of this as well as potential customers thinking twice about spending a dollar with you.
