    Qualifier - This review is solely based upon emissions testing services…read more I've had my emissions tested here three or four times now, and it has been quick and seamless every time. The most recent time was today. There was one car in the bay and three waiting in front of me when I arrived, but I was out in under 25 minutes! Quick service, and I appreciated waiting in my car in while in line, as opposed to the waiting room. I think the flow of moving your own car up each time someone leaves, then leaving it in front of the clear roll-up door and getting out when you're the next car to be tested speeds things up. Overall it's just less of a hassle than many other places I've gone, where they have you bring the keys in, then the tech comes and gets them from the desk and goes to find your car. I'm sure emissions testing isn't the business they'd ideally want from me, but I'll continue to come here for mine as long as they offer the service.

    I had my oil changed in my car yesterday. My husband also went about an hour earlier to the same…read morelocation for his oil change. He had no issue except online it states that Wednesday (when we went) was senior discount day and it was 50% off for seniors. My husband had a screen shot of the offer. The location said they only gave $30 off not 50%. So, he accepted that and left. No issues. He called me to tell me the offer changed because I was going to same location an hour later. I arrive at location, get greeted by a guy who was pleasant and went into the waiting area. About 10 minutes later my car was done. I went to the counter to pay and no one came over for awhile. Finally a guy came over to cash me out. I stated I wanted the senior discount. He asked me for my coupon. I told him it is online and I have a screen shot of it. He says that's 'ai' and he wouldn't take it. He said I had look at the website for the coupons. So I did and there was no senior deal.On the website it said to mention the offer to get it! I told him my husband was there an hour earlier and got $30 off. THIS is when it went bad. He was very nasty,indignant, and degrading. He told me he didn't have that and "I had to pick the coupon of $20 off or nothing!" I said my husband was just here pull up his receipt. So he did and it showed the $30 off- with the code. I said then call the guy over who gave it to him He said the guy who did that wasnt there (in my opinion a blatant lie to shut me up). I asked for the manager and he said he wasnt there - that he was it and I had to deal with him. He was very condescending, nasty and I feel discriminatory against me for my sex and age (I am 70 yr old female) He refused to override the offer and the code was on my husband's recepit. He still refused to give my the $30 off. So I took the $20 off. He smiled nastily and said your receipt is in your email - which mine as you see attached doesn't have the stats at the bottom! As I left he said - "HAVE A BETTER DAY!' I made a comment under my breath which I hope he heard and left. He blately was discrimintating against me because I was a woman and older. He could have easily copied the code from my husband's recipet but he refused. This is unacceptable. The employee needs to be reprimanded and retrained how to deal with customers and when I showed him my husband was there ONE HOUR earlier - not a week, or a day or two, he shoiuld have honored the offer. I would like a refund for this since I didn't get the offer. This was totally unacceptable!!! There were other customers in the waiting room that heard the whole thing.
