Well here are some screen shots where you can see that they knowingly sold a car with damage, lied about it, didn't disclose it was a theft recovery, mechanical issues as you can see from the lights on the dash, vehicle arrived with over 100 extra miles on it from when I purchased it to transport picking it up from them and more! My 2024 Nissan GTR was purchased through Hoffman Nissan with Gus as my point of contact. Rest assured he will take great care of you lol "hiding the damage and playing the I didn't know card" very well. Vehicle arrived with damage in all locations listed on the transport pick up sheet before it even arrived to me with 100 additional miles on it at pick up. Damaged components, alignment off, rims all had damage , mismatched tires (advised by Nissan not recommended as it can cause transmission issues) what do you know .... needs a transmission!!! (diagnosed by a local Nissan dealer!!) Said it was an issue prior to me owning the vehicle as diagnostic reports show it! They are liars and thieves and I have all the proof I need to take action. I have tried to contact Gus Loukus who has some how disappeared and does not answer phone calls, text or emails anymore after he made his money on the sale and Micheal Lapointe is no better! They both know what they did and how they lied and hid the damage and sold it to someone out of state to make the deal happen. Not only that they never reported by issues since August/ September of last year to the warranty claims department and let their guaranteed satisfaction warranty expire and not make a claim. A real clown show you have at this dealership and unfortunately with multiple attempts to have them stand up and resolve the problem they choose to run and hide instead of standing behind the sale and their brand. It is sad that a consumer has to get legal involved to have their vehicle repaired to the condition they were told it was in. I have attached screen shots showing that management wants to know what I want ......and my simple answer was the items not disclosed as damaged or having issues repaired or replaced. To then be ghosted and just ignored. It's sad you have to threaten with legal or social media exposure for a company to do the right thing anymore! Guess matters have to be taken to another level and I will make sure not only that this gets resolved but that no other consumer has to suffer and buy hidden garbage from your dealership! If you decide you would like to step up Hoffman and replace the parts on the vehicle you sold me with hidden damage you know where to find me. BTW it needs a transmission as well. If legal takes this claim over your bill goes up quite a bit and I won't go away. So why don't you make the right decision and take care of your customer. Step up and do the right thing. I will make it my life's mission to make sure I keep all social media options informed of this as well as potential customers thinking twice about spending a dollar with you.

Dropped my car off for bushing repair and transmission and brake fluid change normally they are…read morepretty good about keeping me updated with repairs and what's going on with my vehicle by sending me a video of what needs done or what was done on my car but this time I was extremely disappointed in the service department I called 4 different times trying to get an update date on my vehicle not one time did they call me back until 4:40 to pick my vehicle up every time I called they were on the phone with another customer I was told and some one call me back when they got a chance. At this point I was done with it. I get there at 5:10 not one of them were on the phone just sitting around. They could have had the courtesy to call me sent me a video of the work performed but no this time they didn't. I explained when I dropped my car off to reach off to the bank for payment and to let the bank know before service was done how much it was going to be for the repairs. After having the car inspected for a wrap on the top, a reputable company informed us that the car has no ceramic coating. We were shocked, so we had it looked at by another company known for ceramic coatings, and they confirmed there was no coating on the car. Both companies put their findings in writing. We called them up, and they claimed to have done the coating but had no solution for us. Understandably, we are very upset; we gave them a chance to offer a solution or make it right, and they basically just said, "we did it," and that was it. The car also has swirl marks and did not undergo proper paint correction before it was "coated." Walking out after spending $100,000, we should be 100% happy, and we definitely aren't. We feel like we were swindled. I will give two stars because the salesman and the people who gave us the car tutorial and set up were very kind and informative. However, their response to a very valid complaint is unacceptable.

Within the first 3 months the CUE system stopped working twice and only displayed a black screen. As a result, the radio, heat, back up camera, staring wheel controls, and parking assist do not work. Stephens reset the system and it would work for a few weeks and go out again. In addition, the car does not start up at least once a week where I have to continue to hit the push to start until it eventually starts. Most recently, the car has had an issue shifting into drive. Update: I still a little disappointed that I had so many issues with the car within the first few months however Stephens has gone above and behind to resolve the issue especially the service department and Bryan the service manager. I was so frustrated with the issues I hung up on Bryan when I was advised on how much it would cost. Instead of getting upset and giving up Bryan called the head office and found a program that would cover the majority of the cost. Instead of taking it personal he understood my frustration and continued to help. He called me several times to provide updates of the status and resolved the issue fully. One would not expect to have so many issues within a year after paying $30k on a vehicle. However, based on my experience with the service department I would say the issues I had were just and abnormally which happens. Based on the service and resolution I would have no problem buying from Stephens again or recommending them to others. I truly appreciate the work the service department and Bryan did to correct the issues with my car. Great guy!

Somehow, I didn't feel comfortable with the service manager owner when I asked him if there was flexibility in pricing during a text exchange, he did not answer. He seemed annoyed when I asked him if the parts were OEM, there was no detail on the estimate, In this regard. I have driven BMWs for 20 years. So I just got a phone call from a very highly regarded Bmw mechanic in West Hartford, who is known for as honesty. He told me my brakes were 75% fine a little wire on the rotors on the front and a little less in the back, but nothing I had to address right away. Whereas Portland automotive told me I needed a complete thermostat sensor yada yada when they check the codes, this Mechanic and West Hartford said he would do less and then see what happens (instead of trying to gauge me.) what convinced me to get another opinion was reading the reviews on Portland automotive, which seems sketchy, especially by men who probably it appears to me no more about cars versus the women to think they're very nice. Well, I'm a woman, but I go with my gut instinct, and in this case, it told me to go elsewhere.
