I found your shop through a Google search looking for shops that were still open at 5:15pm on a Thursday. I saw that you were open until 7pm, so I lumped my SUV over. I spoke with Ty and his team, and they were so friendly and concerned for my situation. They said it may take 1-2 days to diagnose, get parts, and have it fixed. Turned out it was a cracked radiator. They were able to get parts by Friday afternoon and have the repairs finished before closing time. They proactively started disassembling the radiator and related parts to expedite the repairs and get me back on the road back to Nashville.
