Best tuning shop in New England. These guys can get parts…read morethe fastest & cheapest. I was quoted 2 weeks out & got it from them in 2 days. Told me what I needed to do before it was worth tuning, got it on the low fast & it worked. They dialed in the new Holley Ignition kit, Integrated weatherproof fuses for the terminator x ecu / efans, relays, & fixed all the bugs I had left over from that install. Deleted the MAF & ugly a** neon blue couplers, tuned & dyno'd. All just beautifully done after I butchered the wiring. Before the tune it was a chaotic driving experience. Idle surging, stalling out, running rich, not start at all & now it's an easy day to day cruiser. I now trust my "Sunday car" more than my daily. Truly a major difference. Always kept in contact, sent me pictures w/o me having to ask that got me SO STOKED, and had the sickest cars around his shop. I honestly can't wait to come back. They were awesome guys. I had four snow tires on rims swapped out with four summer tires, also on rims, and they also topped up the tire pressure. The next day, I noticed a warning light for low tire pressure, but didn't think much of it b/c the tire pressure monitors sometimes get fluky after a tire change. A couple of days later, I got a dashboard warning "TIRE NEEDS AIR NOW." When I went to fill the tire in question though, the valve was bent and half broken. So after the holiday weekend, I was able to limp back to the shop with the nearly flat tire, told the supervisor guy what happened and got the valve replaced. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt for the original work when the valve got broken, so I went back the next day with the receipt. I was stunned when they refused to take responsibility for the cracked valve, although I explained to the guy in charge that they had been the last folks to touch the valve before I discovered that it was broken. He was dismissive, told me I should have brought it back sooner, claimed the tire couldn't possibly have held any air for a week, and insinuated that I had somehow broken the valve, essentially calling me a liar. I'm pissed. As I said, I had been taking my car there for years, BUT THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN AN HONEST BUSINESS. It cost me $124 because they refused to admit their screwup and sought to blame me instead. Anyone want to be next?

I called back this afternoon and they took me right away. Rob at the front desk was very friendly and the waiting room was very comfortable. As a younger female, autoshops aren't usually the most welcoming places, but this was the best auto-realted shop I have ever been to. They even fixed my tire free of charge and encouraged me to come back if I needed any other work done. Excellent experience. I didn't realize there were still businesses in the world today that ran with genuine hospitality! I highly recommend.

Mine had died earlier in the morning and I was able to get a jump start to get to work. Knowing that the temperatures were going to be in the single digits overnight, it was important for me to get this fixed quick or risk being stuck again. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by José who listened to my story and found the battery that was recommended for my vehicle. Before selling me anything, he wanted to verify that it was really the battery that was at fault and not the alternator or anything else. He had me pop the hood and hooked up his battery tester to confirm the fault was indeed with the battery. It was pretty cold out- in the 20's- but he was able to remove the old battery and install the new one in minutes. José was a great technician to deal with - professional, friendly, & competent. I definitely recommend this store for anyone needing a battery replaced and will use them for my minor automotive needs going forward.

This is the second time, we have been assisted by this service technician, Keith, and both times - he was clear; educated us on the issues detected and on the suggested solutions. He is very knowledgeable on the brand, the models, and on what might be some of the issues encountered. 2. Subaru America & Suburban Subaru should promote this service tech to "Chief of Online Service Support" to Subaru owners that would like to connect via zoom/video call with a technician prior to bringing in the car for service. 3. We are a nationwide subaru family with family in texas and california who are both subaru owners, but some of their experience with local service has not been as exceptional as mine. Specifically, my younger brother in Southern California took his subaru into the Santa Monica Subaru Service Center for regular oil change and other mainteance before a long family trip. After picking up the car, and heading on Highway 10 towards Palm Springs - he started smelling smoke and hearing a sound - bottomline was that the service tech who changed the oil did not tighten the screws and he was now faced with an emergency and had to go to a dealer in route by Ontario Airport where he had to leave the car for several days. So we are cautious about our car service, and that is why when we find a dealer service facility and a service technician as knowledgeable and helpful as today's tech, Keith, is important that they are recognized so they can help in train others locally and hopefully nationwide. Just as an FYI - Unbias Review: We do not know, or have gotten paid in any way by anyone at this business. We did purchase our first subaru here, and have been servicing here since purchase several years ago.
