I spoke with Ty and his team, and they were so friendly and concerned for my situation. They said it may take 1-2 days to diagnose, get parts, and have it fixed. Turned out it was a cracked radiator. They were able to get parts by Friday afternoon and have the repairs finished before closing time. They proactively started disassembling the radiator and related parts to expedite the repairs and get me back on the road back to Nashville. Had a tick in the engine that started about 3 days after I bought it. They said they would do oil treatments to it and see if it went away. If it didn't go away they would either buy it back (at the price i paid for it), or go in and replace the lifters..... Well, they did neither, and I am stuck with a truck that has an atrocious tick, and find out from one of the local Chevy mechanics it is something in the engine riding on the balance rod. Mind as well just buy a used motor with low miles, than go through the trouble of tearing that one down.... The place sucks, and every one of the guys that works there is a LIER!!!!!!!

I contacted RRT after being referred to them by a few friends and we communicated through email. Raif, who responded to my request to tune my car was extremely smug, spoke down to me and my vehicle. He requested photos of my car to see if it was "worthy" of his time. I understand people might bring him junk and expect him to work miracles, but his communication towards me was insulting and rude. After sending him all the information needed, my car passed his "standards" and he agreed to tune it. On his site it clearly states tunes start at $450. Now I understand they say starting, but allow me to explain further... My car was set up already, sensors were calibrated, dialed in and it was drivable. Injectors and fuel trims were perfect under partial throttle and I did not want them changed. I made some changes which would need some fine tuning at wide open throttle, which is all I wanted done. Raif refused this request, and quoted me a starting price of $900... When I stated his site states $450 he said "sorry, old site which has not been updated, I start at 900". This is unacceptable and false advertising. Overall, the ego, the insulting comments and the inflated prices made me take my car and my business elsewhere. The car scene is full of people like this and I will have no part of it.
