Gieco called them back and they said they had no eta for me. Disbatcher will say anything to get you off the phone... So i dropped it off on May 29th 2026. After at least 15 calls and messages left for them after the truck sat in there yard until October 20th, I don't understand how it can take three months to add in an air ride suspension, every time I call it was going to be completed in a week. One time they told me due to COVID it was still hard too get parts. They finally got the parts and it took an additional two weeks. So on my last call after the 4th or 5th excuse they asked if there was anything they could do to smooth things over, so i said sure, i have a leaking inner right side rear tire , can you pull the tire and seal or check the bead. I was assured it would be taken care of. Well i pick up the RV got it home for winterizing and the right rear tire is still leaking air as it was not fixes, additionally as i was detailing the coach i notice a deep set of scratches in the rear as if someone had back into at their garage. I don't even know what to say, i have never had such a poor experience in my life. What makes it worse is my wife called me out to see the coach and she askes me what that crake is in the drives side window, its 8 inches long . It looks like it got hit by something large, so now i have to buy a 5000.00 windshield, i expect that they will not assume any responsibility for the damage they did or really acre about the poor quality service.
