Passenger side door had to be replaced and driver's side rear quarter panel repainted. This was done to my satisfaction. The problems: passenger side door rocker panel was damaged during repair. I pointed it out to Bob. He inspected it, but offered nothing. He had also told me the repairs would take a week. It took at least twice as long, and there was no apology. My dashboard was still covered in shop dust and there was a rag and plastic scraper left on the back seat. Will definitely think twice about having work done here again.
