Frank's High Fidelity came up with high marks. I stopped in to see what they had available and possibly make an appointment. Jesse was incredible from start to finish. The 2013 Jeep I bought had a Pioneer radio without a CD player. I have a huge collection of CD's so it's a necessity for me to have a CD player in my vehicle. Jesse checked out my system and made a couple suggestions without pushing a hard upsell for their most expensive products. He allowed me to make the decision and he ordered my radio. I brought the Jeep in a week later for the install. While Frank the owner was installing the radio, Jesse took the time to show me everything else they offer in the shop. No crazy upsell. Just a friendly, "Here's what we have and keep us in mind for the future." They offer car audio and video systems, car starters, LED head lights, Weathertech products, truck side steps, and they install and service breathalyzer systems in vehicles for DUI's. Very busy niche for Frank's. Frank and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my new Pioneer radio was installed perfectly. 5 stars is the most you can give for most reviews. I give Frank's High Fidelity 6 stars. Frank even gave me an extensive tutorial on how to operate the radio. He also said to come back if I have any questions. Now that's great service.

Got paid by insurance and I paid him $120 above that. He didn't understand that Porsche radios must be programmed to the car's vin. and after two replacement radios, 37 (the actual number) phone calls, and patiently waiting for 6 months for him to figure that out, on June 27th he told me to find someone else to finish the job. Since he started it, the insurance won't pay a reputable company to program it, and Frank, who could get paid for programing it won't finish the job. I'm left with a radio that still doesn't work, and no way to fix it except pay for it myself. After he couldn't just replace the radio, Frank is rude and abrupt. YOU should stay as far away from that place as only possible.

brought my vehicle for what it was suppose to be a paint correction and ceramic coatng. a service…read morethat runs $1000. had also a headlight restoration on one of headligths with ppf for an addtional 200. my vehicle is garage kept and and always hand washed. i found this place through social media and saw that they had great reviews. so i decide to give it a try. again my vehicle already in great conditions with really not much to do, barely any scratches or paint contamination, some how they still manage to give a service i could had recieved at a normal carwash. when i picked up my car i trusted that they had done quility work and the car looked great at a quick glance. then i got home and started checking out their work and there is when i took notice of how slappy the car wash handle. had dry stains on the interior surface, dry water marks on the windows, dirt still in the edges between bumper and lipkit, whatever they used to clean the rims it ended up taking the clear of my calipers off, all the plastic trims were left with no dressing to make the plastic look fresh. so i ended up going over the car myself and finish what they were suppose to do. i recorded a video to show them the imperfections and they never replied, had to reach out muitple times till finally i spoke to steve who at first was friendly and professional. he told me to bring the vehicle back to them that he would personally would go over the vehicle and retouch everything that needed attention and would add an addtional free maintenance wash. witch i thought was great coming from the owner himself. brought the vehicle back a second time. they were suppose touch some areas they never touch, re touch the headlight they restored that came out like crap and clear coat my caliper. they kept the vehicle weeks to basically just retouch some spots no communication in between whatsoever, i patiently waited two weeks with no updates. so the day i call in to check in the status of the vehicle they tell it would be ready for pickup that same day in the afternoon. excited to pickup my car, i get there, go over the vehicle and see that they never even touch the vehicle. they did no thing to correct what was promised. spent $1200 plus tipped them the first time thinking they took care of me fairly. all to then have to come out of pocket to get my calipers fixed and get the car done elsewhere because also whatever they used to clean my interior made the vechile smell like as if there was a dead mouse in the vehicle somewhere. very dissapointed with the service and owner steven. i was hoping it was a great spot since i have muiltple vehciles i take care of and like to keep clean a shinning.
