The gentleman there looked at my car and topped off some needed fluids. He even found a rag in my engine that was left there from my last car repair. He told me I was all set and didn't charge me anything. I couldn't believe it! He and the lovely woman at the desk were so kind. Knowing I was safe for my long drive home was such a relief. Frank promised to give a call with price quote & timeline. After 4 days of not hearing back. I called. Per the person who answered he had not touched the truck yet and was still not given a timeline or cost. After several more days I called again.. again the same no answers and again he took other vehicles before mine. After a week and a half and more calls I went there. He still hadn't worked on the truck. He promised it would be ready the next day and quoted $600-$700. The next day truck was still not done and was told that he yet again took in another truck that came in that day to work on. Finally the day after that I got my truck back only to be given a bill over $1,000 and of course after driving it only a few miles found out he never fixed the Limp mode. When I picked up my truck they told me to never go back and that I was rude for calling so much. These people knew I needed my truck for my business had it for weeks, over charged me and didn't fix the main issue I came in for.

There was a delay because they were waiting…read moreon a part (and had to reorder it) for the Mercedes, so the car was there for about three weeks, which was bit frustrating. However, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. Another shop told us it was the transmission, but WT took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found it was something else-without trying to overcharge us. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I'll definitely be bringing our vehicles back. Highly recommend. Thank you to the staff, the young lady at the front desk and the technicians!     My car's battery died and I needed a new one. I was able to start my car with a battery pack, but…read moreultimately, I had to buy a battery and they were nearby. I ordered one online and expected to do curbside pickup because I didn't want to shut my car off; I'd have to connect my battery pack to start the car. It was a hassle I wanted to avoid. Fast forward, my order was ready for pickup and I went to the store. I parked right in front and called. They took a while to answer and when they did, they put me on hold for 2 minutes. The phone began to ring again and I was put back on hold. After a total of 7 minutes, ( I know, Shame on me for waiting, but I'm considerate and understand they get busy) I hung up and reluctantly shut my car off and went inside. There was one employee at the counter (not busy), another wandering around (not busy) and another was stocking shelves. I was furious. The laziness in this store is unbelievable. Two people weren't busy, yet my call was basically unanswered and no one really helped me. These guys were terribly careless. Bad customer service. I don't recommend this place.
