Good customer service by Antae. Estimate was done and the radiator was replaced. Good prices and workmanship. I will go there again.

The nerve !! after finding a Groupon coupon ! I called & they told me come on down to the price oh wait NM that's a game show!! Jk They hooked my car to a machine, & Jerry explained to me it was testing for leaks, pressure , & im sure a few other things ! It took maybe 25 minutes, they have great AC & TV for those that don't work from their phone or brought in a book to past the time !! After a tweak or 2 to my car I was soon on my way to feeling that Artic cold air as I ride through the end of summer !! Let me add the Groupon coupon Savings was for a different service Jerry's Auto offers & not what I came in for!! I didn't really read the fine print !! But he was awesome & let me use my Groupon but pay the difference of like a few more magic beans !!! It's hard finding a good mechanic / shop !! But they exist few & far !!

Jerry said to bring it in and he'll see what he could do with it even though that wasn't his business. After two hours of trying everything it was apparent that only a Porsche dealer could "code" the radio. Jerry is an amazing man who loves a challenge, and hated conceding. Even though he spent all that time he didn't ask for any compensation whatsoever. I told him that even though I live in Southbury, I'll be bringing my cars to him from now on. I would rate him 6 stars if I could.

I want to give a strong shout out to Greg Frias , in the Sales Department…read more who is a great professional. I bought my ride remotely, which has its challenges and Greg made the entire process smooth end to end. From sending vids to enabling repairs (fixing small scratch) to coordinating interstate transport , providing all the docs I requested on maintenance etc. If you are in the Waterbury CT area or remote like I was seek out Greg he'll take care of you. Mr Blasius give this guy a promotion! Regards, Rick G.

Blasius Cadillac (Waterbury, CT) quoted a lease in writing, took my license and signed docs to…read more"take the vehicle off the market" -- then demanded more money, saying they calculated their own residual wrong Sharing my experience with documents attached (personal info redacted) so others can judge for themselves. Car VIN: 1GYKPRRL9VZ301014 Timeline: * Aug 6: Blasius Chevrolet/Cadillac sent me their own printed worksheet for a new 2027 Lyriq Premium Luxury (VIN ending 301014): MSRP $69,676, $6,200 discount, $2,000 rebate, selling price $63,476. Their printed lease grid shows $781-811/mo at 39 months / 10,000 miles with $3,000 drive-off. * Aug 7 (texts attached): I confirmed in plain words -- "$3,000 down, then $781 for the next 38 months. No fees, no taxes, nothing else. I walk in, pay $3,000, and take the car away. This is all inclusive." The salesperson replied: "That's right... that is the number," conditioned only on strong credit approval. My credit is strong; credit was never raised as an issue. * Same day, at the dealership's request, I sent driver's license, registration, insurance card, and signed documents, after being told: "just send me your license, registration, and insurance card and I will take the vehicle out of the market for you." They declined to take a deposit. * I wrote, before sending anything: "I am 2 hrs away from your showroom and I don't want surprises after I come." * Before delivery, the dealership demanded $850 per month and more money down. The reasons given: the car hadn't arrived yet, and they had "calculated the residual value wrongly." For anyone unfamiliar: dealers don't calculate residuals -- the bank publishes them monthly and the dealer looks them up. Their own worksheet printed the same 60.0% residual at 24, 36, and 39 months, which real bank residuals never do. Their sheet, their error, confirmed twice in writing. * When I asked them to honor their own quoted terms, the salesperson and sales manager were dismissive. I remain willing to complete the lease at exactly the terms they put in writing. I am filing complaints with the CT DMV Dealers & Repairers Division and the CT Attorney General. Read the screenshots and worksheet and decide for yourself whether this dealership's word is worth it.

Firestone offers availability. They are that friend that you text in the middle night who answers…read morebecause everyone else is sleeping. Look. Firestone is not my 1st choice for any auto repair needs. Their prices are almost ALWAYS on the higher side (compared to local shops) but if you are in a pickle on a weekend and need work done, they come through in a clutch situation. Firestone has 7 days/week hours which gives them the win in availability. We had an issue with frozen brake calipers and because of this needed back rotors/pads to be replaced along with brake calipers. Brought it in end of Saturday and they had it ready to pick up first thing Sunday AM. My wife needs her car during the week and it was something that had to be fixed over the weekend and most locals shops that we get most of our work done with are closed. The staff was nice. They do try to suggest replacements of other stuff they notice as most shops do but when you say no, they will give you a sheet with suggested fixes so you can always think about it and come back later. My experiences although always more than I'd like spend, have been positive and I will continue to use them in a pinch. Quick Note: They offer warranties on most of their parts/work and I have heard (from family) they will easily honor those warranties when you bring it in.

The tall, blonde haired, blue eyed guy there tells me theyre not able to help me as all 4 of my tires are bald and its illegal for him to patch a tire in that condition. He continues to tell me he can give me a quote for all 4 tires. BTW- I've had those tires less than a year, and I've dealt with upsells as a woman, more often than I'd like to deal with and so I tell him no thanks I have a Tire guy and I leave. I head straight to Town Fair Tire to address the slow leak & plug the tire. I purposely dont share, I was previously at Firestone and what the vulture at Firestone suggested. The man tells me oh man that sucks you have a leak, these tires are still very new. Well they should be if I bought them in May of this year. He points out I might need an alignment but says depending on wheres the leak, he may or may not be able to plug it. $14.00 later my slow leak is resolved! Not all shops employ lying, cheating crooks- But Firestone on Wolcott Street in Waterbury most definetly takes pride in keeping these untrustworthy, lying crooks around because they make FIRESTONE $$$. Moral of the story- Stay Honest and not all women are gullable idiots with a purse bag for the taking. I plan on telling the world Firestone lied to me and told me my almost 6 month old tires are dangerously bald, they couldnt help with the slow leak but they most definetly can sell me 4 tires that I most definetly didnt need. BUYER BEWARE! LADIES, DAYGHTERS, MOTHERS, SISTERS stay clear from these vultures.

Oil change cost half of what i was previously used to at a local "oil change" location. Very happy with that. In short, I highly recommend K & J for your maintenance and repairs. Honest, professional and pleasant experience, always.

I still needed to swap my rear tires, and I had to be somewhere in a couple hours. After explaining this he had his guys end their lunch early to help me out. As soon as I got there they stopped what they were doing, threw my car up on the lift, swapped my tires in less than 5 minutes and then I showed them what happened to the jack point so they could inspect it for damage to the frame of the car. After all that he charged me $20 and when I tried to give him more, he wouldn't let me. Again, it was a simple tire swap so I can't speak to anything more than that, but their service and willingness to help and be flexible would make me recommend this small local shop.
