I made numerous attempts to reach out to Brandon to just take a look at it to see if there was something we could do to fix it especially when you pay good money to have something look good. There were so many more projects i would of loved to have done and support a small business instead of going to a big time shop. But i guess it is what it is and i will take my business elsewhere to fix the imperfections in my window tint and get the rest of my work done. Purchasers beware you will get ignored if something comes out wrong because you will be paying twice to get the work fixed. Lesson learned sometimes you just can't trust small business owners.

I should've started with the bad reviews before I was deceived by some of the good ones. I'm not…read moreone to come after someone's small business or someone making an honest living, but this is one of the worst tints and headlights wraps I've ever gotten and you Brandon don't have the respect and honesty to do the right thing or fix it. I contacted this guy for a quote to get my 2 front windows, windshield, headlights and taillights tinted. We agreed for a 4:30pm appointment and I brought the car to him and he said it should be ready by 7ish. I left and he called me when it was ready. When I got there everything looked good at that point but it was not till the next day that I noticed how bad of a job Brandon did. There were gigantic bubbles forming on the taillights and headlights and I texted him making him aware of the issue or wondering if it was normal. He did not state if it was normal, just a quick "oh I can fix those" but never answered my following messages or questions. The following day I texted him again because the tint started peeling off completely. And bubbles were everywhere, he said it was because it had rained after they were installed that he would've have to keep the car all day instead that's why the bubbles appeared. I brought the car to you at 4:30pm and you were done by 7, so you would've had to keep the car all night ?! If the timing was bad or you were rushing then say so before you confirm that time and date !. But at the end of the day I stated to you these were not installed properly there's scratches on the windows, the cuts on the edges I can even do better and the gap on top of the windows is not even worth it for me to fight for you to redo all these work. Because after all the messages you just said I'll get to you when I get to you. Yeah real professional.... I understand you're trying to make an honest living but take some pride on your work and don't treat your customers like this. I hesitated on writing this review because I wanted to give you a chance to make it right. But after 3 days and you ignoring my texts it leaves me no choice. I hope that you learn to do the right thing with future customers but after reading some of your bad reviews I'm not surprised by any of this, funny thing you deny they were your customers but your work speaks for yourself. Stay away from this guy! Spend a bit more on a professional business it will go a long way, btw my car hasn't even hit a 100 miles on the dash and you also managed to not put trim clips from the trunk... enjoy my hard earned money that I tried to have you refund I didn't even ask for full refund but then you ignored me..

The sides and rear windows took about 2.5 hours. You can sit in your car while he works or as an option take an Uber to the nearby Meriden (Ghost Town) mall. He did a great consultation because what i researched and thought I want wasnt what I really wanted. Also, He thoroughly gave after care instructions and provided "Do not roll down" stickers which i placed over the window power switches. I definitely recommend Nightshade for any of your vehicle's window tinting needs

After recently relocating back to the area, I started calling around to just about every tint shop…read morein CT -- and honestly, the experience was disappointing. Most places were extremely overpriced and the majority of the people answering the phones were rude or rushed, like they were doing you a favor just by picking up. Then I came across Emerson at Stay Luxe Tint Shop in Waterbury -- and everything changed. From the moment I walked in, they stopped what they were doing to greet me, patiently answered all my questions about pricing, and gave me a quote that I genuinely couldn't believe (in a good way!). On top of that, they were able to take me right away. The work itself? Absolutely amazing. Clean, flawless, and done with real attention to detail. But what stood out even more was their professionalism and customer service. They don't treat you like just another customer walking in off the street -- they make you feel like family. I go through vehicles pretty often throughout the year, and I'm beyond grateful to have found someone I can trust and rely on for all my tint work moving forward. If you're looking for quality, fair pricing, and a shop that truly values its customers, this is the place. Highly recommend!
