I had a bridal designer coming into town for my other business. My car had to be used to transport him and his assistant from B&B to shop. I haven't had a good cleaning in years!! I mean years. It was mostly dirt and coffee stains - but you know leather seats that have been sat on without cleaning for a while - they are tan - they looked black in spots. In any event these guys and gals did an awesome job cleaning my car. It is so squeaky clean like I was afraid of getting in it for fear of getting dirt in it. I do not recommend Gotham for tinting due to their method of not applying the tint film flushed onto the glass window. I used Gotham based on a friend's and social media recommendations. The tints are good, but not what I had expected. Our last 2 cars were tinted with Rob at Infinite Tint in New Rochelle, NY. The tints done by Rob came out great and FLUSHED without any gaps on the window. I have reached out to Justin the owner at Gotham Auto and he stated the gap is their chosen method to avoid film peeling. I had asked Justin if I may have a partial refund to have my tints redo elsewhere, but Justin stated that is not their policy. I'm here to warn owners to avoid my mistake. I called a few other tint shop and they stated that their tints are flushed on the glass. If your ok with the small tint gaps, then Gotham may be for you. If you want flushed tints on your windows with any gaps, please give Rob a call over a infinite tint or find another tint shop. I wished i had asked Gotham about their tinting method prior to dropping my car off for the work. Do not bring your car to Gotham. The customer service sucks. Owner Justin is immature and if anything goes wrong, you will see Justin's true colors. He is quick to take your money and could care less about your satisfaction. Was going on a cross country road trip in a week, and got an appointment the next day after booking. Got 20% all around and they did an amazing job. Looks perfect! I had to go to my tire guy (totally separate from Gotham) before the trip, told him not to roll down the windows. Came back to my windows rolled down. So the driver side window had a small wrinkle up at the top. Called Gotham the next morning, told me to come right in and fixed it right away! (Please note most positive reviews left for Gotham are left for Adam the old Owner who I hear did great work, Justin the current owner has lost that reputation) I recently brought my girlfriends car in to get tints, after reading the many positive reviews I had faith that Gotham would do me right, however this was far from the truth, after we received the tints we noticed many issues, including tons of bubbles, grime under the tints that should have been priorly cleaned, however most important to me was the extremely sloppy trimming job around the windows, many spots were uneven leaving up to a quarter inch gap between the border of the tints and the border of the window. We came back to complain about these issues hoping that the tints would be repaired, we were met with awful customer service, and rude employees who stated that they are unable to repair this or get any closer to the window, I know this is not true based on the numerous photos of prior work, and tight edges on some of my other windows. They decided to refund me and peel the tints. All and all I had an awful experience with Gotham I found them to be extremely unprofessional and frankly unskilled in their line of work. read more

Took my car there for 3 things to be done. Spent almost $1,000 upfront for them to put a lift and new wheels and tires which I brought in my car. And they only put the lift in. How do you forgot to do something like that when they are in the back seat of the car? Spent all day there such a waste of time. I had to go back a week later for them to put on and it took twice as long as they said and they didn't even put proper air in my tires my sensor keep going off. The girl up front insisted it was my bead lick tires. I explained to her they weren't bead lock tires. They are so unorganized and over priced I would never go back. And they did t even compensate me with anything I had to drive 45 min each way. Don't take your car here!!!! read more

After driving 3 miles to and from Gotham, the tint work was very good. The only thing missing was my vent visor on the driver side. For my cigar smoking. When I came back, they looked for it and said they didn't have it and it probably fell off within the 24 hours I had the car back after only on the car for 2 years. Little do they know , when I dropped the car off, I made sure the visor was on tight. No way in hell am I going to shell out $60 to get another pair. I happen to visit the factory in Bolingbrook, Illinois when I visited my son and ordered it at that time. Now all I have is a story to talk about Gotham's tint job when we have get together's at my 80 apartment complex. My experience with these guys was excellent. I came in to get my car tinted with carbon film, which is a lifetime warranty, on my 2008 Toyota Camry. I'm glad to say that they treated my Camry just like they did to the Ferrari that was parked outside. The man that worked on my car took his time to ensure he could get all the bubbles and fingers out and took the time to answer my questions afterward! I highly recommend getting tinted by these guys. Not only do they treat your car with care, but they offer a lifetime warranty with carbon tint jobs. A little added peace of mind. Sure you could get cheaper tint jobs, but I drove two hours out to get it done by these guys. What you pay for is what you get, and it shows! Poor service and poor workmanship. A detail shop that does not pay attention to detail and does not review their completed work! Drove from about one hour away to have one window tinted on, 08/14/19, by Gotham Auto. I pulled over shortly after driving away to inspect the work done. I noticed a smudge on the worked on window that would not come off. I brought it back and Justen told me it was dried glue. It was left between the applied tint film and the window. Said there was nothing he can do about it. Not true. He didn't want to redo the job and remove what was left on the improperly cleaned and/or worked on window before filming it. Also, when it came time to pay and without explanation, Gotham attempted to charge me 60% more than what I was originally quoted! The interior of my car needs detailing and I certainly am not going to be bringing it here for that. read more

Gotham did both my tints and my husband's. I called for an appointment and they got us right in. Prices were definitely fair. They did an amazing job! It didn't take more than a few hours. They gave us specific recommendations for what we were looking for. 20% tints on my suv and 30% on my husband's fusion sport. There was not ONE bubble or one mistake. They are PERFECT! They definitely know what they are doing and if you have questions they give you the best advice. I would definitely recommend this place for tints! I took my 2014 Black Nissan Rogue in for some TLC and it came out looking like a 2021. The Gotham auto team did a outstanding job

We had just bought a pre-owned car. When we looked at the car a week before picking it up it was dirty, so we scheduled an appointment with Gotham to get a full detailed cleaning inside & out for the day we were going to pick the car up, 5 days later. When we went to pick it up we found the dealership had surprised us and had a quick cleaning done, but it still needed a thorough cleaning. We noticed some dog hair & food peices in between & under the seats, pen marks on 2 of the seats, it had a dog odor especially when it got hot, the carpet & rugs needed a cleaning since one had a big spot, and just an overall deep clean was needed throughout since it was dusty in some places & had smudges. We dropped it off in the morning and late afternoon we got a call it was ready. We arrived back to pick it up, I paid almost $300 and drove off. When I arrived home I noticed the few problem spots that really needed to be a cleaned were still dirty. Unfortunately, the only change was that it had a heavy perfume scent as if an air freshener had been dumped in the car (so now I couldn't smell the dog odor anymore) & the top of the center console had been wiped so it shined, but nothing else was touched. The parts that were missed by the dealership of being cleaned were still dirty, never even touched. It was so disappointing that we had to clean it properly once we got it home. I would expect for the price that we paid (nearly $300) for them to detail both INSIDE & OUTSIDE & from the good reviews that they would have done a excellent job. I don't know how well they do at the other services they offer but I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND them for cleaning and I won't be going back to them for ANY other services! read more

My 2013 Ford F-150 XLT came with all the windows tinted except for the windshield. I recently had the windshield replaced due to a foot long crack from a pebble on I-84. I finally had a banner placed on it and wisely chose Gotham. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, timelines, price and overall vibe. I scheduled a complete detailing including buffing the scratches out of my dark paint, engine wash and interior for a price that seemed a bit high for a small SUV ($400) but I went to them based on their google reviews. After picking up my vehicle, on the way home noticed dirt marks on my dash, seat back, driver side floor. I returned to ask Jason to go over the whole car again. I picked it up again 2 hours later with the dirt still on the dash, the carpet with salt stains I would think a hand steam cleaner would have removed, dirt at the top outside edge of all the passenger windows, and a streaky glare on the windshield at night with on-coming traffic. These are the "details" the detailing should have taken car of. I would not recommend detailing work at this shop. read more
