He got the car into the shop. Giving them another three days we returned to find the door had not been painted. The owner claimed that DuPont gave them some bad primer. He had a check waiting for us for the cost of having the door painted. I would have given this place one or zero stars if he hadn't had the check waiting. It's an honest shop, just not a good one.

He made me an appointment within the next few days. I had a long drive over the weekend and was nervous about pieces falling off, so they even found time to squeeze me in that day to make some accommodations so I could use the car.
