He was very attentive to my needs and what I needed done for my car which to sum it up was a cleaning of the interior and exterior of my car so basically my entire car needed a good cleaning lol. Which side note I found out while I was there asking 100 questions that they do more than just trucks and cars they also detail 18 wheelers, jets skis, bikes and more! The newer staff loses a star because they put little to no effort in the pre-brushing off of the car (and this is for the past couple years now). Sometimes they barely swipe the brush past the vehicle. This is not going to help with dried bird poop. I pay like $15 or $16 for the wash, tip a few bucks to the pre-brush crew, and a few more to the towel-dry guys at the end (who get an extra star), so over $20. I wish it was 5 stars!
