You can still see pollen all around the doors in the grill of my Car, there's a lot to clean still. However, the interior they did a fantastic job on. My kids did a number on my car when my husband was using it with them (letting them have lots of snacks I never let them have in my car for this reason)... It looks almost brand new on the inside inside of my car and I'm very happy about that. It is 100% worth it for the interior clean. Next time I go there I will just ask for an interior clean and do the outside of myself. For the price I paid to get both interior end exterior done it was not worth the money... I would honestly have paid them to do the inside of my car and left it at that. It was $120 for both interiorand the exterior still needs me to clean it. The service was very nice, people were professional and courteous. I might even look into getting my carpets shampooed and cleaned the next time I go... But again I will not have them do the exterior.

I'm not sure what kind of car wash others paid for, but I paid for the top tier Full Wash (just over $31 with tax) and my car was absolutely beautiful when they were finished with it. I mean, inside and out and everything! I went during a busy time, so it took about an hour from start to finish, but when I say my car was clean, it was sparkling. You more than get your money's worth here. You can get a free wash after nine washes, so make sure to grab a membership card. And please, please, please don't forget to tip the guys who work so hard on your car; they really put in work and do such a better job than other places. I will definitely be back!

I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. This facility doesn't have the option to just pay for a vac by the minute. Instead, you get use of the vacs for free when you buy a car wash. I suppose you could just drive up and use the free vac but I think that would be dishonest. Instead, I paid $15 for a spotty car wash. When I pulled into the vac area, none of them were on. Someone went in and asked about them and the vacs finally turned on. They had terrible suction though. The sand and dog hair weren't coming out at all. I saw one of the employees checking out a vac so maybe they were having problems that day. It took me almost an hour to get my truck interior somewhat clean. I left there pretty frustrated.
