I stopped there on my way home from my weekend activities. We has what appeared to tree sap and road dirt. We pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly employee and we told him we wanted the works. They do a very good job at spraying the car down first and the was did a great job bit the sap was still on the car. They has two signs at the exit. One said Free Hand towel drying around the side and the if not happy run it through again. We did and unfortunately the tree sap on the battle after they sprayed and tired rubbing the sap off. I have been to many car washes around the state and I have to admit it's one of the better one's. If your in the area in need of a car wash pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. read more

This car wash can be very thorough if you opt for the highest option. However, my review would be higher if it wasn't so aggressive and didn't try to rush your car through the wash when there's a larger influx of people. I also think there needs to be a time limit or a loitering rule on the vacuums because I waited for 15 minutes for a spot to open up that could have opened up sooner because a group of women who weren't cleaning out their cars were chatting up a storm instead of freeing up spots and talking somewhere else and one of the workers wouldn't do anything about it. If you have people waiting in a literal line to use the vacuums, then perhaps it's best to tell some already on them that they need to start wrapping up? I've seen people there literally trying to give their car a full detail as if they were at home and that's unacceptable when there's a literal line of people waiting. read more

At first impression I was very pleased with the job they did on my "bumper to bumper" detailing job, but then I went to pump gas and inside the gas door was still filthy, they hadn't even touched the cloth roof inside the car that was covered in dog hair, and as I was driving home I noticed the spots where my ez pass was suctioned on the inside of my windshield were still there. So I don't think they cleaned the inside of the windshield at all. When you pay $200 for a professional detailing job, you expect just that. I wouldn't use them again for this service. After this initial review, Auto Spa contacted me and wanted to make things right and offered to detail the car all over again at no charge, so naturally, I accepted and dropped my car back off. After 8 hours of not hearing from them I went to pick it up and a worker was sent out to put finishing touches on it. It looked great! After I left, I noticed that there were scratches on the inside of my windshield. When they called me to make sure everything was okay, I told them it wasn't and why. The guy I was speaking with was very nice and apologetic. He told me he had to call his boss to see what they could do. Then I got a call from the manager a few minutes later. He was very rude and argumentative. Long story short, he told me he would contact me Monday after he called a body shop guy to see what they could do. It's now Wednesday night and they haven't called. I have called twice to speaks to the manager and no call. It's not worth the hassle!!! read more

This car wash is too small for my liking. The hospitality is average. Although, I would enjoy if my car was actually clean when I left. I am a perfectionist and my car needs to be spotless at all times. This was a quick stop for me. I normally stick to one car wash chain at a time. Overall, wasn't the absolute worst Update: I went a few days ago. It was absolutely horrible. The building is horrendous, it looks like a bumble bee. The service was horrible. Never going again unless everywhere else is closed forever. Also, the ad for that car wash is way too over played. I hear it every time I'm getting gas. Average. They definitely don't take their time when it comes to vacuuming and wiping down windows. There's always stuff under my seats and my interior is never really wiped down the way I want it to be. A little overpriced for the lack of detail. read more

I got my car detailed here the young man who did it did a very good job but one guy quoted me something and then the other guy looked and said something completely different and I had to pay the higher price which kinda seems like they are getting over on people but the car still came out clean idk if I'd go back though read more

I live in New Haven, but am always looking for excuses to go to Middletown because I love getting my car washed at Auto Spa. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job, though I was disappointed to learn yesterday that they don't offer interior cleaning after 6pm :( read more
