My Toyota Sienna was really gross after years of having little kids and no time. My wife was pressuring me to wash the car as it was beyond filthy both inside and outside, and I hadn't had it washed for months. I found FILMD on Yelp, called and talked to Keith on Saturday, and made an appointment for detailing on Monday. Keith was early, communicative over text, and proceeded to work non-stop for about 4 hours. Keith is honest, professional, diligent, super detailed, and it's obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work. My wife and I are super happy with the outcome, as the car came out shiny and looking brand new. The interior is the cleanest since the day it rolled off the production line. Holy flipping mackerel! I was shocked to see my car looking new after Keith gave it a meticulous spa treatment. I can't say enough about First in Line. Keith the owner / operator is an awesome guy. I called him on a Saturday afternoon needing a last minute detailing for a company truck I drive because I'm a smoker and the truck had to be returned the upcoming coming Monday. I was surprised enough that the phone was answered on a Saturday afternoon let alone while he was out with his family. I explained my situation and he was happy to help. We arranged for him to come to my condo the next day (Sunday) to perform the requested work. He showed up at 8am as he said he would, I unlocked the truck and he got to work right away. He finished by around noon and the truck looks fantastic. I would highly recommend First in Line if you need or want to have your vehicle detailed. Did I mention that he uses a waterless car wash solution? If not, he does which was perfect because the condo I live in doesn't have any external water source. No water? No problem! Where do I start?? I was writing a message to another detailing place I previously connected with when Yelp suggested sending it to similar businesses in the area. Keith responded with a quote and availability quicker than the original business I contacted. After speaking with him we decided to use his service. I. Am. Absolutely. Blown. Away. I'm such a stickler in my car, but 2 small kids, eating in the car and a couple of months of dust, I needed help. I NEVER thought my seats would look clean again. A half gallon of milk was spilled in the trunk of my new Lexus 350.I cleaned it up and soaped the carpets sprayed with vinegar and stilll could not get the sour milk smell out.I found Keith from his review on yelp so I called him and asked him to come out.He arrived promptly when he said he would and I showed him where the spill was .For the next two houurs he steamed cleaned and vacuumed every nook and cranny.He even took the spare tire out and found some curdled milk under it and he removed that also.All in all I was very pleased with his work .So if you are looking for someone to detail your car call Keith.
