Outstanding service -- truly above and beyond!…read more This is my second time using Autoworks of Westville Auto Body, and once again they completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, speed, and professionalism. They coordinated everything -- from booking my rental car to drop-off when my repairs were complete -- making the whole process smooth and stress-free after my collision. It's rare to find a family-owned business that feels this personal and still runs so efficiently. A special shout-out to Ashley, who I've worked with both times. She's amazing -- quick to reply to emails, genuinely kind in person, and always knows exactly what needs to happen next. If you're looking for an auto body shop that treats you like family and delivers top-quality results every single time, Autoworks of Westville is the place to go. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

(Also, please please PLEASE do NOT get auto insurance from allstate like I stupidly did!) Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.

I asked for a recommendation of a body shop from my very trusted mechanic and he instantly recommended Hamden Auto Body. I can't say enough good things about the shop and staff at Hamden Auto Body. They made the process of getting my pretty little car back to looking brand new easy and mostly painless. The worked with me and my insurance company and kept me informed the entire way. Joe and everyone at the office were professional, pleasant, friendly and kind. They even picked me up (I live in town) to give me a ride to the shop to pick up my car. And, I was so pleased to see that not only were the dents and scratches fixed, but the car's interior had been detailed as well. The car looks like the day I picked it up at the dealership. I researched the materials fully afterwards and found them to be not only truthful about the benefits but completely honest about the results ( no, ceramic doesn't make it scratch proof). I was then given a tour of the facility and allowed to wander a bit. The confidence of a shop owner to allow an "open-door" to a customer is refreshing to say the least. The shop was immaculate and the quiet, intense mood on the floor spoke to its professionalism and scrutiny of the work being performed. I immediately saw why he was so confident, if I had a shop and crew like his I would be unafraid as well. I have never owned a new car as nice as the one I had brought in and I was nervous. Christian and Mariana both reassured me throughout. My car is done, gorgeous and in my driveway. They exceeded my expectations and what I thought was an expensive endeavor feels like a bargain.
