I paid extra for a full service package, seat cleaning, mat cleaning and the whole bit. When I got finished with the hand washing section I pulled out and had no idea where to go. There was no one directing the cars to the spots so I just picked a place. There was garbage all over the ground- it was truly disgusting. No inside waiting room except for the weird teeny tiny room that could fit legitimately about 2 people max. Not enough chairs either and I had to stand for the hour I was waiting for them to do my car. They finally got it to it and the inside was done in exactly 20 minutes.... I checked everything out and it was done so half ass. I didn't even bother to ask them to re do anything because I could just tell they would give me an issue so I just left. Won't be back. Cant recommend either.

There were many areas that seemed almost impossible to clean. I sent out a request around 10 pm and Melio's Mobile Detailing and Headlight Restoration was the first to respond. That alone already showed how responsive and professional they are. April spent about six hours carefully cleaning every single detail. She performed a clay bar iron decontamination and exterior wax and the results were honestly unbelievable. The car looks like it just came off the lot. She also went above and beyond by doing extra interior cleaning. Her attention to detail is rare and truly impressive. On top of everything they were incredibly thoughtful. After I dropped off my car in the morning they kindly gave me a ride home which made the entire experience stress free. This is real five star service. Most importantly the pricing is very reasonable and you get far more than what you pay for. What a complete rip off…read more I just got back from this place after waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change, then another 30 mins for a car wash and will never return. I tried to get there early enough (10:50 am), the lady at the counter said it would be about an hour wait for the oil change so to be fair, they warned me on the wait and I decided to stay. My beef is with the shittiest car wash I've ever received. I used to come here all the time and this place changed EVERYTHING. They used to bring the car to the car wash after an oil change, you now have to drive it out of the driveway and into a separate car wash driveway yourself. I paid to upgrade my car wash to the highest level at an extra charge. Usually this includes wax, tires dressed, spraying the door jams, dash boards, cup holders and center consuls etc. What I got was below basic. They charge extra for the dashboard and the tires weren't dressed. The vacuum was half assed and incomplete. They didn't do the floor of the 3rd row even though I reminded them to and they don't even include a friggen air freshener anymore. Client retention is everything and they just lost us. The inside of the car was not cleaned let only barely looks like they attempted to wipe anything down it And one of young men while I was backing up the vacuum hose was in middle of spot rather pulling it out of the way proceeded to bang his fist on my back window. This place will surely lose business once Splash opens up down the road. When you try to ask a question or talk to them, you're ignored.

I walked around the entire building to find an employee for help I couldn't find anyone. Another dog owner drove up with their pet and said that he had called before bringing his dog today and was told over the phone by the staff that the dog wash was open until 5pm. He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

The 2 dog washing stalls are clean and roomy and they have all the supplies there for you or bring your own. The tubs are elevated so your dog is about waist height. You clip the dogs collar to a short leash that keeps them safely in place and give them a warm bath and dry them with vacs and blowers.
