I arrived for my appointment and there was no one there. I waited about 20 minutes and no one arrived.

Purchased a Groupon to use with this merchant and it's been nothing but headaches. In reading the reviews ahead of time (and those provided on Groupon), I had hoped to have an easy time scheduling. Sadly, this wasn't the case. I have called and called and been promised a call back to schedule because the man who answered the phone said he was busy on another customer's call. Other times, I've called back and left messages. On the most recent attempt, I was told that he'd call me back in 10 minutes. That didn't happen. So, I called him... no answer. Left another message. As of today, 3 days later, no call back. Unfortunately, I'm beyond the 3-day window of refunds on Groupon, so I will have to redeem for Groupon credit. Heed the warnings of the other reviews - it shouldn't be this difficult. Hate to give a bad review, but it's important to review the good ones and the bad. Unfortunately, doesn't get much worse than this. read more

5 stars across the board!!! The owner John was awesome! He was able to fully detail my horribly dirty SUV the same day I called! John not only has amazing customer service, but loves what he does and it truly shows! When I went for pick-up I could not believe it was my SUV! There were even deep scratches from rose bushes that disappeared! I am beyond happy with his service and will be recommending him to everyone I know!!! I took both my cars to get detailed, I called John in advance and he told me he would give me the Groupon price of $95 for the SUV and $75 for the sedan. I dropped the car off at 10 AM and was told I could have it by 4 PM. When I went to go get them, both interiors were almost untouched. Stains were still visible on the seats, I could see dirt/twigs on the floor. John told me he would redo them and to come back in an hour. I came back a little early and John was upset that I came back before he called me. He locked one of my cars in the garage and left to drop off another customers vehicle. I waited 30 minutes, and called him to ask where he was and received a very rude response- John said he had told us to come back even later and then hung up while I was mid sentence. When he returned, he offered a voucher for both cars to be redone for free and charged us $50. Despite the rude experience, I took my car back a few days later. He said he would have it done by the end of the day and then called me an hour later saying he "couldn't do it today, the key is in the front seat and the car is unlocked come get it." Don't risk your car being stolen for $35, go somewhere else. read more

John did a great job on my car! He literally cleaned every crevice of the interior and exterior. Soo glad i decided to buy a groupon instead of paying the 100s of dollars at the other places. Even without a groupon the prices are reasonable. Be prepared to drop your car off for a few hours and not to stay there. There really isn't any place for you to sit. I had a groupon for a full auto detailing and car wash. Let me preface this review by saying that my car was GRIMEY. I bought it used in April of 2015 and the dealer who sold it to me was supposed to fully detail it before giving it to us, but did a horrible job. John, the owner, was there to greet me when I arrived. He let me know it would be done in 3 hours. He did a wonderful job. My car is cleaner inside than it ever has been before, and the outside looked amazing. Did it look brand new? No. Its a 2006 which was clearly previously owned by a mechanic, so the oil and grease was pretty baked on in certain places (read: seatbelts, which can only be replaced they're so bad). He did a wonderful job with the complete mess of a car I showed up with. All this after recently having surgery! Great guy. Thank you! read more

He called me during the 4th of July weekend and left me a voice mail. Being that I was away for the week, I didn't use my phone (yes, there are still those of us who are "old school," lol) so, I didn't get to him until I got back. And then I played the waiting game. John did an excellent job with my car. I purchased the vehicle with seat stains about a week earlier. I was praying that they would come out and John made it happen for me. He was super responsive. We texted to find a time that would work. I even changed my drop off time last minute and he was flexible to make it work. He was friendly and professional and most importantly he did a wonderful job on my vehicle for a very fair price! Highly recommend John's services. My experience at G Image was a series of unfortunate events. I purchased three Groupons to have my three vehicles detailed. I called to schedule several times and did not get a voicemail that identified the recipient as a business. I left multiple messages without receiving a call back before leaving a frustrated message questioning whether or not it was a scam. THEN I got an angry phone call from the owner stating that he had been closed for 3 months for medical emergency. After sorting out the misunderstanding with John, I scheduled an appointment to have the first vehicle detailed. I arrive at 8:45a, and John came a few minutes later. I explained that I did not have transportation home and would be killing time for a few hours in the area. John *scanned my Groupon and directed me to a nearby diner, and I left, returning 3 hours or so later. When I returned, the car was untouched, and I was told that there were still 5 cars before mine, and that I had not informed him that I would be waiting. He said that he was working alone and that each car would take at least 2 1/2 hours. Now nearly noon, that, by my estimation, that doesn't even have my car done before the close of business. Now, he had already scanned the Groupon, and said that he could not refund it, and that I had to call and straighten it out with Groupon. I left G Image at noon, with a dirty car, out the price of the Groupon, having driven out of the way and having wasted hours of my time. Perhaps John does good work, but he didn't do ANY work for me, and, although I did get a refund (with significant effort), G Image cost me time and caused me aggravation. Stay far, far away from this business. I bought a Groupon for my husband for Christmas and he called to set up an appointment for 9 am. He arrived at G image at 8:50 and waited (and waited and waited). At 9:20 John had not showed up for the appointment. My husband left and we Facebook messaged G Image. The only response we got was "what car?". When we told him he never again responded. He had forgotten, I suppose, that he had an appointment which is not good but I can live with that. We have all done that. The part which makes me say stay away is that he didn't care. He did not apologize, try to set up another appointment or rectify the situation in any manner at all. I saw the terrible reviews but decided to buy the Groupon anyway as I had used this business a few years earlier and had a good experience. Well, I called Groupon, explained what happened and received a full refund for my purchase. We won't be using this business now or ever. read more

I don't even normally do reviews but I felt it was needed for this place. John is the owner and is incredibly helpful and does great work. The easiest day for me to come in was a Sunday when they are normally closed. 'No Problem' he said, he would come in that day just to work on my car. All of the standard detailing packages didn't fit what I was looking for. 'No Problem' he said, he pieced together the options I wanted and gave me a seriously unbeatable price. He hand washed, polished, and waxed my entire car and followed up with vacuuming the interior. Everyone I've told was shocked at the amount of work was done on my car and for how little cost. My car looked as good as it did the day I picked it up from the dealership. My Fiancée wants her car detailed and she said without a doubt she is going to G Image after seeing how my car came out. I'm already planning on going back to this place to have my window tinting done because again, the price is unbeatable. And I know John will be incredibly easy to work with should anything go wrong with my tint (though I have no reason to think anything will). It's good, honest, work for a good price. John takes great care of his customers and really goes the extra mile to make sure your happy with the results. John does an excellent job on detail..that's about it...I had the worst experience trying to get Windows tinted...took 9separate trips .had my back window tint torn off and had new put on..come to find that it was two different.shades of tint...had windshield done..first three times had wrinkles....the next two times went back to have redone...one time his tinter didn't come in..next time didn't get done....scheduling has to be learned....not drop off in the morning to tint and at 7:00 pm still not done..tint only takes a few hrs..WON'T BE BACK..NOT THE ONLY DETAIL SHOP OUT THERE read more

Apparently, the owner of this place is the only employee. The guy is overworked and obviously severely understaffed. When I brought my car in, I was told it would take about two and half hours for a detail. I dropped it off, left, and returned three hours later to find he had just started it so I had to wait another two and a half hours from that time. I only arranged for one ride back to the place so I was stuck at the place twiddling my thumbs while my car was worked on. I, too, am a small business owner. I'm a believer in time is money. This place cost me a lot of time and money, and that's aside from the cost of the detail. Overall, the detail was pretty good but I won't be returning until this guy hires a staff. read more

Don't waist your time, the owner John is a jerk. We used a Groupon, went for the full detailing inside and out, first the car wasn't ready when promised, when we got there to pick it up the car was half done, when we asked the owner to look at it he started to tell us why we're wrong in thinking the car wasn't done right before he even looked at it, there was wet wax residue still on the car, the inside looked like they went over it with a damp rag. He was very condescending, and made it clear he didn't care what I thought, and told me what do you expect you used a Groupon. read more
