When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. Came with their equipment and supplies and began to work on my Nissan Murano SUV after an intense camping trip to a primitive, remote area in Northwestern Maine--and I couldn't be more impressed. After a 4-mile off-road drive through rugged dirt and rubble roads, my vehicle was caked in mud, packed with wood chips and sand, and littered with debris from firewood and wet camping gear.
