If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced. There has been no need for rework or problems afterwards. I appreciate the SPF protection provided by the quality XPEL tint. While there I asked about tinting a panoramic all glass roof for a different vehicle. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.
