I came in today to get my driver side and passenger side windows tinted. First, I'll start off by saying that I was late to my own appointment, however they managed to fit me in regardless which is a huge plus and I'm grateful. The woman at the counter was pleasant to speak with and she went over the options with me for my tints, and how much heat each option would negate. I even spoke with the individual who performed the service for me and he was pleasant as well. The lobby itself was very clean, was modernized, and seemed very new. This place is definitely not like your average dirty garage, and it feels very high end. The price to me seemed okay for the area it was in, and the results were fantastic. They even left me little reminder stickers on my door window buttons to not lower the windows for a couple of days so the tints could settle. **Buyer beware** owner has bad business practices. He promises and he does not deliver. They kept my car for a few days without it being touched. He then had me bring the car back and the result was horrendous. I brought it back for a redo, surprise, surprise it was still subpar. I finally cut my losses and decided to move on. If you want your car worked on by professionals, this isn't your place. You will overpay and they will under deliver. I saw the signs and I missed to see them. While I was usually waiting to get the bad work done over and over again other customers would come in: "can you give me a minute, this customer is angry" that happened at least 5 times. Lots on lots of angry customers coming back. Mark is a despicable human and a horrible business owner who will scam you and overcharge you for mediocre services. You have been warned, run from this horrible business. First: we agreed to have the work done under a certain time. He failed to deliver and failed to inform me. I had to have 3 different people pick me up and drop me off wasting my valuable time on a multitude of occasions. Second: the job was done incorrectly. The place I'm having redo the job said this was amateur work and the autospa should be embarrassed. Tint job takes a few hours not 6 days. I think I am reasonable to think he's disorganized. Still have him another chance. Third: Trying to schedule my work in advance since I don't want a rushed job, still the work completed needs to be completely redone. I had to fire poor quality Mark. RUN! Do not do any business with this shop.They are frauds and thieves. I was charged an exorbitant amount for a service they did not do. They did a perfunctory clean up thinking I wouldn't notice. When bringing it to their attention they lied and maneuvered. I lost a LOT of $ for them to do nothing other than vacuum the car. I could have done the same myself at a carwash for $2.00 in quarters. I needed my Jeep Wrangler grille wrapped and the Auto Spa FF did an AWESOME job! They exceeded my expectations and more. Super fair price and took them the amount of time they said it would take. I dropped it off and did errands around town and when I came back, they were done with it. The owner is a super awesome guy too. He showed me around on the amazing cars they were working on.
