Got my brand new car and was on the search for the perfect place for tints (never have gotten tints before) after seeing so many amazing reviews I decided to reach out to Tint-King and Jim got back to me so fast! Day of I called and asked to possibly get in earlier and Jim made it happen. VERY reasonably priced I was actually shocked. His shop is very clean and welcoming. He is also very kind and being someone that's never gotten anything done to their car. This was important to me because a lot of other places were very rude when I first called as where Jim was very understanding and informative. I got my car back within a couple hours which was amazing especially considering he let me get my car in early. Honestly, I would recommend him to everyone (which I already have)

Great experience. I called in 2 days before to make an appointment for Saturday morning. I dropped the car off and they called me back within 2 hours maybe even shorter then that to say the car was ready. I was excited but kinda skeptical on how well the job was done because of how quick it was. I love my tints and they did a wonderful job! Making the move to Florida a dear friend recommended Tint King as the one and only place to have my windows tinted. She and her entire family have gone there with all their cars and hands down. said it's the BEST place ever so I made my appointment, pulled my car in, set myself down to open my computer and plan to do some work only for the owner to say 'all set'! I bring my cars here to get my windows tinted every time. They do great tint work, but as an example of the kind of people that work here: I got my first SUV's tints done here in 2014. I got my moms car done this year, 2019. When I drove by and he saw my old suv with an old parking violation sticker on the window, he got it off for me in about 2 minutes. Additionally, I replaced my old car with a new used car this year. This car had an issue with the side blinker falling out of the socket when I hit a speed bump. It was really annoying, but I didn't mention it. When I picked up my car from a similar tint job, they (I had no idea until a day or two later) completely fixed the mirror so that the light wasn't hanging out of the socket anymore. They absolutely did not have to fix that defect on my car, but I am so appreciative for them. read more

I went there yesterday to get my windows tints, at first I was going for the regular tint then I ask them about the ceramic tint they told me what's the difference between the regular tint and the ceramic one so I went with the ceramic, their job is magnificent, they are perfectionists love how my car looks now. With each new car I have purchased, I bring my car to Tint-King to have my windows tinted. Even after moving to Virginia about 3 years ago, when I purchased my 2019 Lexus in August 2019, I still drove to CT to have my windows tinted by Tint-King because the company always does a fantastic job.The employees are very professional and makes the experience personable as they have a running history of each car they have tinted and use that information to apply the same tint and build great rapport. With each car I buy, I will always go to Tint-King, regardless of how far down the east coast I move. read more

By far the best place you can get your car tinted in Fairfield County. You get a nice clean tinted window job every time this is my 2nd time here personally and my father has been here going on 3 cars to date. You get in and out, yes the line gets crazy so I do recommend calling and making an appt ahead of time. Overall you can't go wrong with tint king the price is right and the quality is great read more

Let's be honest: Jim and Chuck are awesome! I stopped by and spoke to the owner Jim. Without an appointment, he looked at my car and fit me right in. He actually quoted me a good price and once the work on my car window was done (in under 20 minutes!!??), he gave me an ever LOWER price out the door! Very friendly amd professional. The studio overall was immaculate and you feel very welcomed. I promise you, I'm coming back every time I need vehicle window tinting, without a second thought! I found Tint-King via Yelp -- I reviewed all tinting businesses and this one had the best reviews and reputation by far. I had just bought an Audi Q8 and wanted someone I could trust to tint my front windows. I made an appt, which was super easy and took my car there today. The shop is really clean and the decor is a fun. I got to sit there and wait while they worked on my car and I could tell they wanted to make sure it was right -- detailed and thorough. These guys were so great! I drove over an hour to come here because it was the only place I could find that would tint my car while I waited. Every other tint shop required me to drops car off and leave it for the day... Tint king had my car transformed in under an hour! For $200 (with tax) I have gorgeous looking tints and love that they come with a 3 year warranty. Such a great experience! read more

Phenomenal service!!! I called at 430pm and was warmly greeted by Jim. On extremely short notice, he allowed me to come in and drop my car off. In fact, he stayed later than he was going to, just to offer me options and explain the differences. His shop is immaculate and secure. I got the car back the next day and know I lucked out because he is very busy. Needless to state, the service is exceptional. Most the time, when services provided are fast, it's not always the highest quality but that's not the case here. Tint King did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased. Tint King is the best place that I been for window tinting. I been all over the country, including Texas to have my windows tinted and this place is the best! They say what they will do and do it! I arrived for my 1:30 pm appointment and they did the work in 30 mins(I only had to get my front two windows tinted)!!! No lie!! After 3 days it looks perfect, no bubbles or imperfections. Also, the price was reasonable and the conversation I had with the owner was great. I highly recommend this place to get your car tinted- as they are fast, reliable, and the owner is exceptional! As far as I am concerned, there is nowhere else to get your car windows tinted. From my first email to picking up my car, every detail was covered efficiently and professionally. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and Jim went in to put it in the garage even though he wasn't technically working. He made the extra effort and it was greatly appreciated. He communicated with me about the job and was accommodating and attentive with my requests. After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I ended up bringing my "new to me" Saturn ion for some tints. I am so so thrilled that I found these guys!!! I've had window tints done before at a different place but the customer service sucked compared to Tint King. Also, I have an IID in my car now and I needed to stay with the car. THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT! Amazing service, reasonable prices, what more can you ask for? This review is long overdue. I've been using Tint King for my vehicles since my very first car. I've never had a problem with any of the jobs and have always been seen in a quick, reasonable amount of time. Recently my car was broken into with the front passenger window completely smashed (all windows tinted). I called Tint King and they told me I could come in the next business day. I was busy in the morning but happened to be in the area about a hour before they close. With the day winding down and no appointment I didn't have much hope for my newly repaired window to be re-tinted. I was wrong! They got me right in, re-tinted the one window and it was all done in about 15 minutes! It's blatantly obvious to me that I will never take any of my future vehicles anywhere else BUT for anyone that is on the fence about where to go for their tinting, you should really stop searching. Call these guys, make an appointment and get your tints done. Multiple year warranty (can't remember how many but I know its for years), fast installation, super reasonable prices and excellent tint quality. I know this is a lengthy review and I wasn't given anything to write it but I wanted anyone reading these to really understand... These are the guys you HAVE to go see. read more

I've passed this shop for 32 years and as a kid I always wanted to bring my "future car" to get tints. Fast forward present day bought a new 2022 WRX and within 2 weeks of purchase I decided to call in for an appointment. Considering how a lot of car/car related are honestly shady and over priced lately was skeptical. However, Jim was far beyond that. He's the most friendliest and honest person; wished everyone would be more like him. I was looking into bring the car in over the weekend but they had a spot available day of and he got me in minutes after the first call.. Talk about customer experience/services. They made everything such an easy process. I loved the fact they taped up my window console buttons with a note "DO NOT OPEN" shows they care and take service very seriously. After the tints cured the tints turned out amazing. I've added exterior and performance mods into the car.. but my personal favorite of all was the tints! Thank you guys for everything! read more

I'm a very annoying person/difficult to please. This is my 1st time ever getting my car windows tinted. I researched for months on the web/phone calls to several locations. In fact I called Tint-King 4 times before making apt. I was treated the same way each and every time I called. Like if I was the only customer they ever had and needed to be taking care of. Extremely well mannered/polite. I did not care about prices/distance, it was all about the care I got on the phone, that made me to chose them, (I live 40 mins away from Bridgeport, the travel was well worth it). Once there the owner took the delivery to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. Once done he took me around the car for inspection as he explained to me the next step of care. He showed me how to verify the product I requested and payed for. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend them. Definitely I will always come back. I am in love all over again with my car! read more

I went in to Tint King today to get a replacement film on the passenger side window of my G37 Infiniti which had wrinkled up after many years. I have had all my cars done by Tint King over the last several decades because they do a great job. Jim and his helper took my car in without delay, and in a short time that window was redone beautifully. I had gotten this tint done by them 8 years ago, and it held up very well except for this little wrinkle. When the tint was completely replaced and the job done, I asked Jim how much I owed him. When he told me no charge for a good customer, I was very pleasantly surprised. I can say without hesitation that I wouldn't go anywhere else for tints. You will get the finest possible job here, and you will be dealing with the finest people ever! read more

Fantastic tint job, friendly owner, and they were very careful with my new car. I'm a perfectionist and wanted my tints to be flawless on my brand new Mazda 3. Lots of friends told me this was the only place to go for tints, and they were totally right! The owner Jim walked me through the different types and percentages of tints. I decided to go with a medium smoke 35%, and it looks fantastic! Not too dark, no purple tinge to it, just a beautiful dark grey. Their installation was beautifully done. No bubbles, no lint or hairs stuck under the tint, and each edge was cleanly cut. Here it is now 4 months later, and it looks as good as new. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Tint-King is a little oasis in Bridgeport, CT and I highly recommend them! read more

One Sentence: I would recommend to anyone, with any car! I've personally taken over 6 cars here, and I have never had a single issue with ANY one of them. Jim and Chuck are masters at their craft, and they take care with your vehicle! They do NOT use printers/cutters, and all the work is done by hand, still. It means that every piece is custom fitted to your windows, and it's why you never have a problem with it. I recommend all my friends to get their tinting done there, and 2 vehicles I took to another tint place had to be fixed by Jim. I'd recommend making an appointment, but you drop off your car, and pick it back up later - perfectly tinted and in the same condition you dropped it off. It's also located with a Splash Car Wash & Oil Change - handy! read more

What an amazing experience I HIGHLY recommend this shop over any other around ! The guys are attentive, personable and flat out down to earth there work is as good as factory if not better materials! The price !!!!! Don't let the high end appearance of the shop trick you into thinking there over the top expensive..... hands down at least $50 less then the next lowest price I got .....‍ check it out for your self , trust me you'll be leaving a post to!!!! If you are looking for a great quality finish on your tints, tint king in Bridgeport is your only choice. Unbelievable job with flawless execution. price is very reasonable considering that i will never do that good of a job if i installed it myself. i dropped the car off and waited for Jim to call, i was even late picking i up but that was no worries for them. great service, great people, and an even better finish. i know where im bringing my future cars for tints. read more

My husband this past Tuesday and was able to get all of his questions answered and got a thorough explanation of the tinting process. He was able to make an appointment to get the work done the next day and found the price to be very reasonable. The guy he worked with was very knowledgeable. Something a business needs now a days is friendliness. The employees all helped open the door for me and are all smiling. I had a car tinted last year with flawless results. Quick, easy, and done right! These guys were great! They gave me a warranty for free and on paper (no questions asked they just want the job done right). Also, pay cash and get a free car wash. Very clean and professional. They have a sign in the shop that says "Skilled labor isn't cheap\Cheap labor isn't skilled." Which just about sums it up since it's true. Third vehicle to be done by these guys and nobody else will tint the windows of any of my future vehicles. I recommend them to everyone who asks about window tinting. read more
