After they apologized for missing my first email, they stopped responding after a few back and fourth emails when I provided them with design detail details for a quote they requested. If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced. I'm not trying to be a dick, but hopefully this will help improve the communication so the next client doesn't have to go through what I did and keep calling around to be ignored.

I can't tell you how wonderful the work is at AAK. My car looks fabulous when I bring my vehicle…read moreto AAK. However, the appointment system is not anything to write home about. AAK should not bother with having it. I had made an appointment one day at 9am and I showed up about 10 minutes early. When I showed up there was a car already waiting parked at the door waiting for service. This person did not have an appointment and was serviced first even when I showed the attendant I had an appointment. I was told I had to wait.. Now the reason I made an appointment was so I could schedule other things during the day. I couldn't wait so I called to complain and the person said "Oh so sorry. Can you come back later?" I said "Well I live 15 miles away. It's a 30 mile round trip". The person said "Well I can give you Half off'. You can come Saturday". This is not an option for me. I personally work 3 jobs I don't have time for that. I also don't want half off. What I wanted was service at my appointment time. This outfit does good work, but I wouldn't bother with making a appointment. Just show up early, they'll slip you in in front of the appointments.

I am a car guy, love my cars and like to keep them as clean as possible. I was looking for a detailer in the area and took the chance on this business based on a yelp review. The place is a bit hard to find, on a side street off main, but they do have a decent sized detailing area and parking space. The paint on the Audi was already in good shape but the interior needed some cleaning. Since it is an old car, almost 20 years old, I was willing to take a chance with the paint correction and the ceramic coating. It is almost a days long effort, but when I went to pick the car up, It did looked brand new! Me and my daughter's excitement can not be explained when we looked at the final product as the car had transformed, smelt great, had a nice shine and the ceramic coating enhanced the colors of the window panel and is most noticeable on the windshield as the clarity has greatly improved. Other areas that I would call out are the headlights which were restored and the engine bay, which showed colors that I had not seen before post cleaning. Keeping all the improvements aside what I liked about the service was that these are honest, hardworking folks, who take pride in their work. Jose had the same big smile as we did when we went to inspect the car. Now that is a sign of a person who stands behind his work. It has been three weeks so far and the car still looks great.
