Other repair shops told me that they would need to source a used part (new part no longer available), cut out the section between the headlights, then weld the used part into place. Well, I didn't want a used part (probably rusty) on my car. Bob's was the only shop that said they could repair the damage without requiring a used donor part. The results exceeded my high expectations - the repair is perfect in every way (see the before and after photos). This week, Bob replaced/repainted a rear bumper cap on my Infiniti. His estimate was right in line with other shops (actually a little less), and once again, the repair is perfect.
