I have a lease that I will be returning and needed to have a few scratches repaired first. I was floored when I picked it up, the car looked better than when I originally picked it up. The inside and outside are remarkable. It is a small, clean operation where everyone care about what they do. While detailing costs a bit more than any of the car washes around, the results speak for themselves. Well worth the price. read more

These guys are the Best and I would specifically like to give a big shout out for Jose the guy who is at the front desk who went above and beyond in explaining to me the whole process and took time from his busy schedule to go over all the details as it related to my car and was very clear in what would work and wouldn't. I am a car guy, love my cars and like to keep them as clean as possible. I was looking for a detailer in the area and took the chance on this business based on a yelp review. The place is a bit hard to find, on a side street off main, but they do have a decent sized detailing area and parking space. The paint on the Audi was already in good shape but the interior needed some cleaning. Since it is an old car, almost 20 years old, I was willing to take a chance with the paint correction and the ceramic coating. It is almost a days long effort, but when I went to pick the car up, It did looked brand new! Me and my daughter's excitement can not be explained when we looked at the final product as the car had transformed, smelt great, had a nice shine and the ceramic coating enhanced the colors of the window panel and is most noticeable on the windshield as the clarity has greatly improved. Other areas that I would call out are the headlights which were restored and the engine bay, which showed colors that I had not seen before post cleaning. Keeping all the improvements aside what I liked about the service was that these are honest, hardworking folks, who take pride in their work. Jose had the same big smile as we did when we went to inspect the car. Now that is a sign of a person who stands behind his work. It has been three weeks so far and the car still looks great. Since I am new to this ceramic process, I am hoping it stays like this, but early read is very promising. Great job guys! read more

Wow talk about a great find! Finally a decent car wash east of Danbury. These guys are the real deal, and prices are very reasonable! Don't think twice! read more

These guys know what they are doing. It looks like a kind of underground sketchy place that is a bit hard to find, but trust me, you will be glad you found them!! I am a true car guy, I have my own detailing tools and work on my own cars. Not sure I will anymore! I needed to get my mom's car cleaned up for sale. It is in nice shape, but had not been really cleaned in 3 years. It literally looks brand new. They removed scratches, got stains out of the carpet, detailed the engine bay. Just fantastic. Highly recommended. read more

Great service and they made both my cars like new. Worth every penny. My leather seats were stained with sunscreen but they look new now. They got into every crack and crevice. The outside was buffed to perfection. I will definitely bring my cars back in the future. read more

I got an excellent detail job here. it was very high quality. all swirls and scratches removed perfectly. my car is still shiny and clean. I think they put some kind of temporary ceramic coating that lasts more than just a few days. inside the leather looks amazing. my kid spilled juice and left food stains all over the back seat. now it looks brand new. read more

I've owned a track car that I've routinely flogged for about 20 years. After that time, the paint had started to really show its age. Lot's of small scratches, swirl marks, haze, and overall aging. I took it to Autoshine for paint correction and a ceramic coating, and the result was truly stunning. It almost looked as good as the day I bought it. Could recommend these guys more. read more

How did I not know about this place? My car looks better than it has in years. Stubborn scratches and scuffs that the other chain car wash detailers said wouldn't come out are gone (including some scuffs they added trying to clean my car). Just like the other mom review I should have taken before and after. They tackled the "kid nasty" in by backseat and under my car seats beautifully. I will be back! Thank you. read more

Legit place. My car looks brand new. Santos and Crew are the best. He even gave me ride home while my car was being cleaned. Highly recommend this place Phenomenal service. read more

I have used Autoshine on multiple occasions to have my cars cleaned, including detailed. The quality of their work is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend them. read more

It was a good detail but I specifically asked for them to remove water stains on my seats that were not completely gone. For the price they should have gotten those marks completely out. read more

Dog threw up ALL OVER my brand new car. I thought my husband was going to cry (i think he secretly did). Took it to autoshine and they did a great job detailing the interior. I definitely recommend and would go back. $150 for total interior cleaning. Worth every penny. Also, I believe Garavel Subaru takes their cars here!! read more

Someone vomited in my car and so they cleaned the interior of my suv and they did a very nice job. Friendly and helpful staff.

I brought in my 11 year old Jeep Wrangler to Joe to get the entire vehicle cleaned, inside and out. Joe met and exceeded my expectations and I can say it is looks as good as the day I bought it. There were several tough concrete stains on the car that were removed, and carpet / upholstery stains that I thought wouldn't come out are gone completely. One item is that they no longer do the paintless dent removal, however Joe gave several references to people in town to make up for this. The customer service and finished product for a fair price warrants the 5 star rating read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I bring all of our vehicles and our clients' vehicles here for cleaning and detailing. Jose and his team do an impeccable job and are very accommodating. There is no job too big or too small for them. We have had nothing but a great experience with this business and will continue bringing all of our cars here and recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you Jose and team! read more

Excellent. My 2008 Pontiac Solstice came back from detail looking better than new. Will be back. Owner friendly and courteous.

I'm very satisfied with the work done on my car here. I saw this was the highest rated detailing place here in Norwalk so I decided to give it a shot. My car was in need of some interior work so I had them do the interior detail which included a very thorough vacuuming, shampooing, door panels cleaning and dash board cleaning and protectant. They even did the trunk space and the door latches! My car came out smelling great and they even washed my car which was done very well too. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and helpful and explained to me the whole process of what they do and even showed me the great products that they use on your car so that if you car about your car like I do, you know what's being put into it. The cleaning didn't take very long either, an hour and a half which is exactly what they told me it would be. The pricing for it was very fair, they quoted me based on the size of my car and it came out to just that. I've already recommended this place to a couple of my friends and I'll definitely be back. read more

Santos and his crew do a great job. My 10 year-old car looks practically like new inside and out. Plus, they are very friendly and they completed it exactly when they said they would. I would strongly recommend them and would use them again. read more

I echo all the 5-Star comments. Santos and his team provide excellent service at a good price. Santos helped with my cracked plastic bumper at a very reasonable cost, as well as making my 2007 Honda Accord look much younger. read more

Dropped our car at Autoshine last night and barely recognized its brand new, showroom gleam when we picked it up this afternoon. Staff runs a clean shop and take great pride in the detailing services provided. Their courtesy is as impressive as their stellar work which is part magic, as some unfortunate surface scratches (primary reason for seeking professional detailer), were thoroughly removed to our sheer delight. Thank you, José and company for our car's impeccable rejuvenation! Guy & Marietta 21-MARCH-2019 read more

My car looks BEAUTIFUL after they were done with it. I had both the inside and the outside cleaned. They got a stain out of one of the seats in my car that I thought would never come out. Absolutely wonderful service and I will be recommending this place to EVERYONE. read more

Detailing a car is something one should do when you first buy a car (lay down that first real legit layer of wax) and every 6 to 12 months to help preserve your investment (even though it may be a depreciating one). These guys get it done. Great communication, accurate estimates for completion and cost, and genuine care for your vehicle and your expectations. Bring cash or write a check when it's time to pick up your car. read more

No need to take your car or truck anywhere else. These guys are incredibly meticulous and know the deal. Outstanding experience. Highly recommended. A+ read more

We were very impressed with the attention to detail these guys had. Our '08 SUV looks great inside and out! We will definitely be back.

Joe and Gerardo did a perfect 10 on my 2011 Prius. They were able to remove several old stains on the upholstery (two young grandchildren), and to buff out all the superficial scratches on the body. Every corner of the interior is spanking clean. The car feels new. read more

Joe and his staff did a brilliant job. Their passion and perfectionism was evident from the first phone call to the moment the car was driven out of the garage. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend it to anyone in the area who values his/her car. read more

Amazing job on a thoroughly trashed Mom mobile. Looks like new and exceeded my expectations! Great customer service as well. Very fair price considering the size of my car and the level of nasty my kids had left. Wish I had taken before and after photos! read more
