I wasn't sure what to expect, but the quality of work for the services provided was excellent compared to other car washes I have used in the area. Plus, they even managed to remove a stain a local Detailer in Brewster claimed that they couldn't remove. read more

They always do a great job! Very detailed and a great price! It's my car wash go-to for the Ridgefield area.

Terrible! They scratched all the windows of my car, didn't clean any of the foggy spots, and the inside was left dirty. I paid for the full wash, the most expensive one, and the service was still awful. Terrible customer service -- no one solves anything. A complete disgrace. read more

Im very disappointed with the service here. the pricing is different than what they have advertised. When asked a question the lady was rude and acted like she needed to rush our car through ( there was no one behind us for a long time). The car came out with streaks and still slotches of dirt on the underside. They didn't bother to dry the mirrors either. My brother in law asked if they could please finish up the job and not leave my car half dried and the man had the audacity to tell my brother in law that he would but next time there would be another charge?? FOR WHAT??? completing what you didn't do the first time around? there will be no next time. we will take our business elsewhere, where the employees are well mannered and pay attention to detail. read more

This was the first time I've been to Sparklez Car Wash and I look forward to coming back again. The prices were affordable, the was very friendly, and the wash itself was extremely thorough! The interior of my car, despite being lived in by Young children, looks brand new again! Highly recommend this car wash and will be back read more

The worst car cleaning ever I have seeing, they are so lazy, and try the customers like you're begging for it. I paid 38.00 bucks to clean my car and it came out worse than it got there. The manager is the most egocentric women and the workers are the worse of the worst. Two time there and I feel like they robbed me, Never ever going back there. I requested a carpet cleaning and they refused to do it cause it was SUNDAY, but I got an emergency ( kids vomit in the back) and at the end I had to clean it. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

they all did such a great job washing and vacuuming the car. Everyone puts so much time and effort into their job. I was extremely impressed. Thank you for your service!!! I appreciate all they did. Car looks and smells great! read more

This is the BEST car wash by far than anything else in the tri-state area!!! I used to live in Danbury and found this car wash. I was estatic!!!! I went to one of those car wash in the Bedford area, HORRIBLE!!!! This place makes your car look like new. You might have to pay a little bit more but it is worth it!! I now live in Westchester County and there is no where that beats it!! So whenever I'm back in the area I stop to get their car wash!! read more

Always great detail in the pre wash vacuuming. Great job cleaning the interior. And great job on the windows at the end.

Posted hours are until 6 PM, it was sprinkling outside and they closed at 3:30 due to weather. I don't understand why people can't just work their posted hours. read more

They do a great job, lots of people working to get you in and out quick. HOWEVER, I just got charged an extra $5.00 for a tip I did not authorize. that's shady. don't add a tip unless the customer approves it! Watch out for this, the girl at the counter just said, "oh, sorry" what gets me is I would have likely tipped anyway, but adding it without me authorizing it is the same as stealing! read more

Quick update since I'm still waiting. It has been over 2 hours since I entered the line to wash my car. I've had root canals, closings for homes and my entire home cleaned quicker than this place can wash a car. Go up the road. They do a good job cleaning but ARE SO SLOW! Not only that - they make two lines of cars, one with two people working the vacuuming one with only one. I made the tragic mistake of getting in line with the poor single person working. The car next to me has come and gone long ago while I'm still in line waiting...... 45 minutes later. I always forget why I don't come here anymore. If you have all day to wait and don't mind that the owner doesn't have a clue that two lines of cars should mean equal waits - this is the place for you. If you want an organized and professionally run place - go up main st to the one closer to 84 (forgot the name). read more

Got the diamond cleaning - $60 VERY WELL SPENT! They did a high quality job on the interior and exterior. The service was friendly, fast and professional! They did a great job! read more

I have to say that for $40 they did a better job cleaning my car than the $200 "detail" that had to be done 3x at another place. The place was great, the staff was excellent! I did consider getting the monthly wash pass, however, they do need to bring down the price to be more competitive ($110 a month for the top package, compared to the average 50-70 of the other places.) I went on a Saturday so it was packed. And even so, they took their time and my car was meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend this place and going back as it is worth every penny. Compared to the other car washes in the area, where their prices do not necessarily have equal value. read more

They are #1 in my book a little bit of time waiting but that's because they're taking their time to make sure the job is done right I will definitely be going back there as they left my car spotless and so shiny read more

I had a full service that was like a full detail to my car. The girls were great, not a spot on the cat in or out. I highly recommend the $50.00 service read more

An hour and a half wait at 11am on a Tuesday, with no way to leave the line, one of the big brushes in the auto wash doesn't work, so the left side of the car wasn't brushed, and then there was confusion about my floor mats that added 15 minutes after I was told the car was done. read more

The staff works hard, i cant believe the detail they go through. I recommend!! I did get the to wash, i can't believe the amount if time they put it. read more

$12 to vacuum, wash the car, and clean my windows? I can't complain. Car also came out nice and shiny with no water spots (I'm looking at you Personal Touch...PFFT) When I'm in the area, I'll come back! read more

Remarkably average... Not really that impressed I chose the silver service...Wait was fine it's a sunny Saturday afternoon So you have to expect someway... Lots of staff very friendly... But I go to the car wash because I think they can do it better than me... I probably will go back but I'll use the low-end $12 car wash because it's kind of what I got anyway...and they didn't reinstall my driver seat mat correctly ...didn't pop it on the grommets at all let alone lock it down ..slipped under my gas pedal. read more

Highly recommend! They did a thorough job cleaning my car inside and out! Will definitely return.

Good car wash and efficient service . The 2 car washes I used to go to changed ownership and management and not for the better . So this will be my go to car wash from now on and I've already mentioned it to others to try it . read more

Good service - I got my car detailed and they were able to get out all the grimes on the seats and floors. Totally recommend.

Easy drop off, simple pricing tiers and options. Lots of good upgrades for the price and convenience. Surprising that this place has no other reviews at this time since they look like they've been in business for a while. The car goes through a hand vacuuming, touch less cycle wash and dry with other options like rain-X coating. The employees met the car at the end of the cycle to give it a hand dry and waxing if chosen. Meanwhile, you can go through the doors and watch the whole thing if you want, from inside. Nice and warm. Some free coffee would be nice though. Hehe. The basic full service wash ($12) left the car nice and shiny and I added tire dressing ($3) to finish the look up. I was in and out in less than 12 minutes or so. Not bad considering the same level of wash would have taken me more than an hour or two to do myself. This is my first time here. Hope you guys keep up the good service! read more

Great car wash ! Very friendly staff ! They washed my entire truck by hand before I even entered the car wash , $10 truck looks great and my son spun the wheel and won free tire shine , My son and I actually had a good time at a car wash I will definitely be coming back !!! read more

This car wash absolutely rocks! I frequently drive across I-84 while traveling on business between New Jersey and New England. My car was a freaking mess and I needed a decent car wash. As many of you know, unfortunately most carwashes are mediocre or simply lousy. Simply put, it's difficult to find a car wash that actually gives a crap about the work they do. It's all about speeding the cars through so they can get to the next one and drive revenue. A big thanks to the fellow Yelpsters who rated this place and got me to go. I arrived on a Monday morning and was the only customer when I pulled up. It seems to be a family run business and everyone was extremely friendly, even jovial. Both teams - the inbound team that that vacuums and sprays the car as well as the folks who dry off the car at the end really put effort into their work. Combined, my car spent 19 minutes being serviced. That simply amazes me and is a great value for my $12 spend. The folks who dry the car at the end spent a great deal of time cleaning off the bugs and road tar that were present on my vehicle. I was so pleased that I gave a second tip to the gang. If you are like me, I vote with my hard earned dollars. These guys deserve every dollar they earn and I will make sure to stop by for future visits when I drive across I - 84. Thank you Team for your great service! read more

The wait can be long but it's crowded because they do a really good job for a fair price.

This place is the best in the Danbury area! They have a great crew that does a very good job at a reasonable price. I only take my cars to get cleaned at Sparklez Car Wash! read more

Crossroads in Bethel for on-the-go. Sparklez for everything else. This is my go-to place. While not perfect, it's close to me, I normally drive away feeling more confident in my car being clean and service is good. When I go here, it's usually for the full deal (not specific detailing) exterior wash, wax, interior clean, wipe, wheel & tire shine, etc. Sometimes it can take a while, which is why you should mainly consider this if you have the time. However their basic washes do move pretty quickly. While you wait, the inside store is accommodating with plenty of impulse purchase options, large option k-cup coffee station and TVs to keep your eyes busy if your phone is low on battery. I'd recommend. read more

Terrible, slow, incompetent service. We arrived before they opened and were fifth in line. It took us an entire hour to get out. SLOW, SLOW stay away until they pull their act together. Car did come out nice and clean, but it was a waste of time. We kindly asked for a complimentary car wash, as we missed an appointment yesterday morning, due to our car being stuck in this mass chaos. The manager would not accommodate. Just didn't care. Too bad, as this used to be a great place. read more

They did a great job. Very thorough and quick and great price. I will go back again. I was surprised how well they cleaned for the price compared to the place I usually go where there's an up charge to wipe the dash etc read more

This is by far the best car wash around. They take their time to actually make sure your car is clean. The line might get long to wait, but it's only because they are actually making sure they do a good job and not just pushing cars through trying to make a dime. I got the supreme wash the other day and they literally spent 30 minutes on my car. Vacuuming, washing my windows and cleaning my floor mats and trunk. There were probably five people working on it too. They are very detailed oriented. Definitely worth the money, I'll never go anywhere else. read more

This is a fine tuned machine! I got my car washed on a nice sunny Saturday after a snow storm, there was a line of cars waiting to be washed, but they moved trough the line quickly without compromising quality. Great place with great prices. read more

I would rate Zero if i could If you have A nice car dont come here on a busy day or better yet at all your gonna get more disgusting shit in your car than clean . Your traped in their with many driver that dont give a f**k and are leaving you car be driven thru by someone else . And this time the girl gave me an attitude when i said i wanted the gold wash .... like im sorry did you want me to spend more or less cuz for a "gold" package i shouldnt have my benz rolling out not olny not fully clean but more dirty then before ! Again "Gold package car wash inside and out" and i see pooled dirty water in my , before dry cup holder thats nasty !!!!!! Lastly possible scratch on rear right side with rust residue. NOT WORTH IT IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR OR VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AND TIME SPEND MORE TIME WAITING THAN UR CAR GETS WASHED. My fault for pulling into something so stupid and wasting my money read more

I highly recommend this car wash! Following an unfortunate event involving my young child and car sickness - I'll spare you the details - I called 5 different car washes in the area to see who could help me out. The first 4 denied me, but Sparklez came through! They were kind and helpful, and charged me only for the area that needed shampooing, rather than the entire car. The quality of work was amazing. Somehow, afterward, my car looked and smelled brand new. Thank you again to all your staff that helped yesterday! read more

Just had a "supreme" wash today to get off the road salt mash up that we all get in these northeast winters. Their price was fair, $ 31.91 with tax, but I see that on certain days (not Thursday of course) there are coupons/discounts. The car wash is very modern and clean. You can watch the entire process since the wall separating you from your ride is glass (so your younger children may enjoy that part). Their bathroom, though only one and shared by both men and women was EXTREMELY clean AND well stocked with the bathroom necessities we want/require. There is a little (2 table) waiting area, some mats/ aromatic trees etc, steering wheel covers. Also a few sodas/snacks if you're really hungry I guess. They were very quick drying and doing the after wash routine that wraps up the job. Think all said and done I was in and out in about 12 minutes AND there were 3 cars ahead of me on line. You wouldn't have known it though, they missed nothing!!! Definitely going to be a repeat customer. read more

I stopped through this car wash one day while running errands in Danbury (I live 30 mins away in NY), and they did such a phenomenal job and were so friendly that I now drive out of my way to get my car washed here. I am a little OCD and get frustrated when I pay for a full service package and find things that went overlooked, but that is never the case here. Every inch of the car is sparkling and clean and looks like new after a wash here. As a note, I do always opt for the "platinum" package, but it is still much better than what I get at other washes for comparable "top tier" packages. Further, the customer service is amazing. Daniel is so friendly and willing to help. I recently hit my mothers car when backing out of my garage (I know, I know) and Daniel personally took time out of his day to compound and polish all the scratches out of my car. I was so appreciative and impressed by how helpful he was and how great the car looked afterwards. Way above and beyond any service I've ever gotten elsewhere. read more
