After they apologized for missing my first email, they stopped responding after a few back and fourth emails when I provided them with design detail details for a quote they requested. If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced. My vehicle has a satin black vinyl wrap that was also professionally ceramic coated. After the wash, I noticed multiple noticeable scratches and scuff marks along the side of my vehicle, including the door and fender. Some scratches are deep enough that I can physically feel them catching against my fingernail, while others appear to have damaged the satin finish. I understand that I cannot definitively prove when or how this damage occurred, and I'm not going to falsely accuse the business. However, discovering this after having my vehicle washed here is extremely concerning, especially considering the time and money I've invested into maintaining its appearance. I've attached photos showing the damage. I would appreciate management reviewing the situation and any available camera footage to help determine what may have happened. For anyone with a vinyl-wrapped, ceramic-coated, or otherwise customized vehicle, I strongly recommend being cautious and discussing their washing procedures beforehand. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes my concerns seriously.

I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee in January 2019. It hadn't been professional cleaned since March 2019. I stopped gettting it detailed locally in Wilkes-Barre because I had no means of transportation during the detailing. I felt embarrassed anytime someone got into my car, but it was so inconvenient with my life/schedule... You could never imagine the filth and caked-on dirt from my daily life of shuttling 2 teenagers around, transporting 4 dogs to parks and pet stores, enjoying my retirement lifestyle all while maintaining my household. In December, I took a trip to Fairfield, CT and came across his business. When I contacted Dylan via Facebook, he was professional and responded in a timely manner. I told him I was visiting from out of town and would get a rental car to use while he had it because it was out of control and I couldn't take it anymore. He offered to pick up my Jeep from my hotel when I had turned in for the night. I ordered the full package, so my filthy Jeep took about 5 hours. He returned it to the hotel parking lot, left my keys in the console and locked it. When I woke up and ran down to my Jeep like it was Christmas, I was speechless! It smelled new! It looked amazing inside and out! My sealed window treatment was reflecting the rain like he said. I could see my reflection in every angle of the car. The leather was glistening and every dog paw print was gone! Every inch of my car had been touched, cleaned and polished by this detailing guru!!!
