If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced. I'm not trying to be a dick, but hopefully this will help improve the communication so the next client doesn't have to go through what I did and keep calling around to be ignored.
