This place was really nice. You walk into a show room with prestine high class vintage cars that made you wish you had a few million to spend on. This is definitely a high rollers hangout. Just around the corner they have a bar and tables with plenty of wine for purchase. And tables can be reserved aswell. I had a good time feeling wealthy for the night atleast lol. Perhaps someday. Great repair shop with very nice customer service. I will dock a star for some of the repair timelines, as I've had a few issues related to timing with them, but the service I got here was great. The main guy here is really nice and always provides clear details about each repair, as well as any additional advice if something else needs to be done on top of the initial diagnosis. read more

These guys were amazing. We had a 2001 Lexus IS repaired there that suffered some front end damage. We assumed we would not get great response because it's not a fancy car but they were so responsive. The estimate to repair the car was totally in the ballpark of other estimates. So we went with Redline. We had to wait for supply chain issues but they kept us updated and were happy to update us when we contacted them. But, the biggest thing is that the car looks brand new! It really is gorgeous. They did an awesome job and clearly take great pride in their work. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

I went there in search of storage for quite a few of my classic cars, and the place was a lot larger than I expected. That said, it was unexpectedly, dust free - which is exactly one of the omnipresent details when looking for an indoor garage that your investment vehicles will sit in for months at a time. Rudest nastiest guy I have ever encountered, assume this was the owner, was walking in to as I saw the door open and the door sign said they had Saturday hours. I had passed the place a few times and saw some real nice cars. When I walked towards the door we noticed sealant was fresh and we stepped onto the mulch. As we opened the door a very manicured man abruptly met at the door and started arguing with my wife that she stepped on the wet driveway sealant she had let him know politely that she had walked on the mulch and there was no signs. He then let us know he was closed at least for us. Will never step foot in this place again. Was planning on talking to them about restoring my historic CJ, thanks for being your true self, I will not consider doing business with you and will suggest others do the same. read more

Really nice place & people. Came to know of them through my PCA CLUB. Seem to be passionate people here. Even held a very nice PCA event for my chapter a few weeks ago. They put a lot of effort into making this a really nice event. So what really puzzles me is after a three week replacement top effort, I get the top back working intermittently... was stuck when attempting to open. When I called, I spoke to the tech who worked on my convertible issues. Very nice guy. However, we left off that with amazing weather we had in the North East the past week or so, he would try & arrange to come to me to see if they could figure out what was wrong. During this conversation I find out that the top was not closing properly??!! What??!! Why would you give the car back to the customer? Well, no call back from the tech or service contact. Two more calls & still no response? Really poor customer service protocol. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement! read more

I can only sing praises to the staff and my experience at Redline! They are extremely knowledgeable on all things automotive.. from very early classics to modern. They helped me immensely with some small things related to my Triumph, and when I am ready to do a full restoration this is the only place to consider. The showroom is incredible; it is like a museum for automotive art. The work they do is second-to-none. They have "traditional" restorations going on.. and then they have restoration projects where they are researching cars that are one-offs, examining old racing pictures and descriptions to bring them back to their original glory. Finding a trustworthy shop that pays attention to detail in today's world Is impossible, until you come to Red Line. Brought my 1991 R32 GTR Skyline which was fully rebuilt for a few maintenance things. The customer service is outstanding. Had my windshield moulding replaced, underbody cleaned of rust and undercoated, and detailed. Redline, what to say about this place. Id like to start off by mentioning how I came across this incredibly awesome shop ! A year or so ago I caught wind of a friend that got his FD rx7 restored here. Throughout the duration of his dealings with Redline I heard nothing but positive updates on his car, which lets face it... is a very uncommon thing to hear when restoring a car. So of course with that being said, Redline Restorations was the first and only shop that came to mind when I desperately needed somewhere I could trust with my 1984 Ae86 corolla after a slight drifting incident. Regardless of the car being predominantly used for drifting/track use it didn't stop them from treating my car like their usual clientele of classic, exotic and luxury vehicles. My floors were painted to the exact funky purple I desired and fixed the front end, all with meeting my deadline for an event I had. When I would visit Redline I would see one worker in particular putting his devotion into my car, his name was Troy and was pleasure to deal with! Certainly put his heart into the work and what made it better is he truly appreciated my car for what it is. Colton and his team welcomed me and my car with the upmost respect. I have read Colton's response to my review. While well written it is full of untruths and leaves me wondering who he is talking about. Virtually nothing In his response holds true. His comments about the car being left out with the windows open is inaccurate. While it was outside no windows were open. Nor would this have had anything to do with the repairs he did. I'm not going to take the time to go through his ridiculous response line by line. Redline has had nothing to do with me getting my car back on the road. If it hadn't been for my last mechanic going through the car it would still be parked and undriveable. The first step was removing the electronic ignition they installed which did nothing to improve the situation. All of their "fine work" had to torn out and corrected by someone who knew how to work on a carburetor. After which the car actually started and idled properly. The claim that they were trying to save me money is laughable as their rate was twice as high as my more qualified mechanic and they set the bar by adding labor on for their staff guy to ride with me when I came to test the car. That was a first for me in the many cars I've owned and serviced. All from a company that was bending over backwards to save money for me?! Really!?. In the end I'm not really shocked that Colton is responding as he has. He has a monumental ego and regards himself in very high esteem. With a community spellbound by his large shiny inventory it's likely he won't be changing any time soon. read more
