Will helped me sign my father up for a membership. After my car wash I was greeted by Lewis who was managing the detailing section. I told him it was my dad's birthday and that I was surprising him with a car wash. I asked him to show me how to use the vacuum which he did, but unexpectedly he offered and went out of his way and helped me clean and vacuum the ENTIRE car! I am so grateful! My car came out sparkling clean! Lewis has such a great personality, very kind, humble and funny! Thank you so much Lewis! I can't afford the membership as it's a little steep. When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done.
