I chose the Platinum service for my Wifes minivan that hadn't been cleaned in years. On the menu outside it says the platinum service for i think $40 includes after the exterior wash a 20-minute mini detail including carpets, dash, wheels, etc. The interior of her car had 3 years of kids in the back with crumbs, stains and dirt. The 2 workers outside spent over 45 minutes detailing the interior and the results were fantastic. I'm not exaggerating when I say the interior looked as good as the day we bought it. I regretted not having any cash on me as I would have tipped each of them at least $20. Granted the carwash was not as busy as it usually was but the guys doing the detailing service went above and beyond! read more

Sunglasses were stolen out of vehicle console. Was promised a phone call after cameras were looked at, and at minimum reimbursement of cost of sunglasses. And then ghosted, no communication despite me trying to call back. This is very sad considering we gave consistent business to this car wash previously. My truck does not come out clean, I have to wipe down and remove things like bee wax, dirt behind the wheels on the body, and only half of the back window is cleaned. The brushes are rubber and not cloth which really beats up the paint. For the price paid monthly I expect better. read more

Management changed in 2022. Prices are up. Quality of service down. And no customer service communication exists if you are not happy with something. It's a shame because prior owners were great and this was a place I went out of my way to use because they used to be the best. read more

Car wash is great,but customer service is suck,I went to the Sunset / Mountain vista location few days ago,my car was damaged by the metal rail that control the wheel when entering to wash area ,I just install a new front bumper lip,before drove into the wash area,I asked service team Ceasar is safe to drive in w low bumper,he brough a metal measurment pole to check to see enough room ,i asked him if I sit inside the car may lower the bumper might risk to touch the metal rail, after he measure the heigh between the ground and bumper,then said you are save to drive in, when I started to move my car forward,then hear the cracked due to the plastic bumper lip hit the rail, then I stop and asked not to forward and need back up,there was 3 cars behind me need to back up let me exit to the emergency exit,then I report to the person incharge name also Ceasar,he took pictures and file a claim,2 days later, Maria from customer service call and tell me straight Wow deny my claim due to the car was over 7 years old and nothing she can do about it,what a denial policy to refuse responsibility, video footage is a proof of their negligent and lack of training how to handle tuff situation, I believed she try not even listen to my statement ,I asked her did she investigate and collect evident from WOW team members Ceasar,he's the one who brough that pole to measure the ground clearance and give me signal continue to drive in for car wash,I even sit inside the car to see lower car level if safe, Ceasar said you're fine, please move forward, that is what exactly happen to my car,I do not have chance to explain my concern and she hang me up ,I try to call back same number when she call me and ring over 15 times,no one answer, because I care about your business that why raise my voice to see how your person in charge to resolve it,but they said they are not allow to do anything just file a claim let people from office handle it hope this review awaken those car owner has their car over 7 years old and be alert if your car is low profile,I'm expected the higher management team able to resolve my case and get reasonable repair for my newly install bumper lip ( install from Maaco shop w invoice) thank you for your time for better understanding my statement. i can be reach at email on file and contact # read more

I live in Las Vegas and am an average user that has normally been satisfied. Last Sunday April 9th, I went through and the water left a dirty film over my vehicle. Almost as if the recycled water was not filtered. I went back through and they re-washed it at no cost. The same thing happened again. I had also earlier taken my wives car through, I didn't notice after getting back home with my vehicle, the film, but did notice how it somehow missed half the hood and did a un-normal wash down the sides. Was very unhappy with the service this time and will probably look elsewhere to have my vehicles washed from now on. read more

Wow isn't the fanciest car wash around, but they do get the job done, especially for the price. I used to go to another car wash nearby and was always pleased, but with Covid they dropped interior washes. I had always seen Wow, but didn't know much about them. Other reviews seem a bit harsh, like they're expecting a full detailing for thirty bucks. I was back last week, probably my fourth visit, and I was very pleased with the interior and exterior wash. I was impressed that the gentleman washing my car cleaned all the usual spots like the windshield, rugs and the seats, but I also saw him use the pressure cleaner to get dust off the vents and even the tiny holes not the stereo speakers. When I leave my car feels like new and I have not spent a lot of money. Tip your cleaner and they will definitely take care of you even more the next time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. The manager of this place is absolutely terrible. Today I took my black 2018 coupe for a car wash here. I was very specific about them stepping OVER the sill plate of the car and not scratching it, as I had just had all scratches buffed off it a few weeks ago. They assured me it would be fine. Sure enough when I got the car back the sill plate was scratched. I spoke with three different people who worked there, they wiped the scratch with compound and a rag but that did absolutely nothing. The first guy that wiped it actually scratched it MORE with the rag he used. Finally I told a manager who of course tried to make an excuse at first. Then he wiped it down (again) which did nothing, and just stood there and looked at me. He did not apologize, he did not ask what he could to make it better, he did nothing. This place is horrible and so is it's service. They should take both the words "wow" and "detailing" out of the name of this company, because the service was shitty and there was no detailing whatsoever. read more

wow car wash is not a place to apply for employment due to the fact when a employee is asking for time off for medical reason's they will tell the employee that requesting time off they will be fired " that's to long for medical leave" this company does not have any regard to federal law (FMLA) it is a federal crime for an employer to fired an employee that request time off due to medical reasons. another issue is employee talking about a customer while the customer is still at the wow location i believe it's very disrespectful & embarrassing. read more

This car wash is the absolute worst. Don't waste your money they will leave your car filthy and do light vacuum and that is it. I wasn't asking for a miracle but a basic wash. This place is not bad. I know there are bad reviews, but I came through with a really dirty car. Like my seats were stained, car hasn't been washed since previous summer, carpets a mess, sticky cup holders you name it. So I needed my carpet and seats shampooed and vacuumed as well as interior cleaned and regular exterior clean. I payed 75 dollars which is a bargain after calling around and asking other car washes. It took about 45-50 mins to clean my car and I told the guys to make sure to get into the crevices. When I got my car I was surprised. The inside of my car was spotless. It felt like a whole layer of grime was removed. Even the ceiling of my car was spotless. I only took off one star because I could still see the remnants of some stains on my seats. I know they are pretty tough stains, but I went to russel speeders in Milford and they were able to make my seats look brand new. But for the price I can't complain. I am satisfied. read more

Last time I was here, it was a hand car wash. However they use brushes to scrub your car. Very dated, ton of pot holes since they share location with other businesses. However, the way they clean the interior and use armor all well was very refreshing. The car felt clean afterwards. read more

It's a pretty thorough car wash. I like how they manually clean the car with care and precision. All kind working gentle man, might be busy as they have lots of customers on the weekend but definitely worth the wait. Will definitely recommend it to people I know. read more

Wow! A car wash where you go they call you a bitch and threaten to smack you by their non working employee when you question the employee if they work there. Spoke with the owner and said he works there even more reason why they shouldn't be calling their customers nasty names and threatening them as I told the owner that if he worked there he shouldn't be just looking into the cars because prior to that he was looking around on the floor looking for a change near the drive thru next to the car wash. Writing this review while my car is going through the wash. I was told that my $10 bill was fake. They pulled out a fake $10 that looked nothing like the one I had. I was completely embarrassed. I told them that next time they want to accuse someone of counterfeiting money they could at least have a counterfeit pen to prove that it is fake. I will never come back here again. read more
