He makes you feel confident leaving your car with him that (1) it will be done when he says, (2) there will be no extra miles put on it and (3) that it will be done correctly. We ran into each other in New Milford as I was coming out of a 'famous' coffee shop. He told me of his new shop that was local to where we were, he explained new products, application processes and protective qualities like he has been doing this MUCH LONGER than his years show. I have to say that my car paint already looked amazing. She gets driven a lot and she is out even in the winter (barring snow/road salt on the road). We discussed cost, warranty information, lifespan of the product etc. He was never in a rush and answered some basic questions I had as if they were just another question. He told me that he would need the car for 3 full days/nights. I was not the least concerned as it would be in a locked garage (climate controlled) until finished. I have to say that the day I picked her up it looked as though he dipped the entire car in baby oil. People that know the car and have seen it daily have been commenting on it, they still (6 months or so later) can not believe it. I couldn't find a flaw and believe me I looked!!! NONE. Friends have asked if I had a repaint it looks so good. It was worth the 3 day wait, worth the price, and worth my cost of that cup of joe!!!!! He has my business for years/cars to come!!!

Could this possibly come out using PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal). I initially called a place that just does PDR but it was a little too far from my house and they were a little frustrating to schedule an appointment with. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone. And the price? Well they definitely lived upto their name. But most of all the quality of repair was great. I can't tell at all where the dent was. 100% gone. And I'm 100% satisfied. I'll be bringing my other cars to get the little door dings out. Jaime. YOU THE MAN! Or whoever your PDR tech is. HE THE MAN!

From the first consultation, Calum was incredibly detailed, transparent, and genuinely passionate about protecting high-end vehicles the right way. Throughout the process, he kept me updated with texts and photos, walking me through everything from panel prep to final inspection. The PPF install is absolutely flawless--edges tucked perfectly, no visible seams or bubbles, and the gloss finish actually enhances the factory paint. I also opted for ceramic window film, which not only keeps the cabin noticeably cooler but gives the SUV a clean, refined look. Calum treats every car like it's his own, and that level of pride in the work really shows. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles--my next one is already going straight to OPTIQ.

Over the last three years, my car spent more time at ACI Dynamics than it did with me…read more Things started off well. My original mechanic was outstanding--he took pride in his work, communicated well, and I had complete confidence in him. Unfortunately, after he left, my experience steadily declined. To be fair, some of what happened may have simply been a series of unfortunate events, including my engine blowing while at ACI and not with me. However, what ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere wasn't just the mechanical issues--it was the complete lack of communication. The biggest problem was dealing with the head scheduler. I called numerous times, left messages, and rarely received a response. I understand that some projects take longer than others, and I would have been perfectly fine if someone had simply told me, "We can't get to your car this week because we're tied up with another project." Honest communication goes a long way. The one bright spot was Brett. He always answered my calls and assured me he would speak with the scheduler. Unfortunately, the scheduler almost never followed up with me, leaving me constantly wondering what was happening with my car. After years of frustration, I finally decided to have the car moved to another shop. To make matters worse, the waiver they required me to sign before releasing my vehicle was, in my opinion, excessive, unprofessional, and left a very bad final impression. I genuinely wanted this shop to succeed because my initial experience was so positive. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service ultimately outweighed everything else. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACI Dynamics.

I initially had a mobile service mount and balance the tires. Had some really bad shaking of the wheel so I took it to Middlebury Garage to check out what was happening. They are literally walking distance my house so its rather convenient. They remounted and rebalanced all 4 tires. It was still shaking a bit so I contacted them again and they were more than happy to take another look. It ended up being 3 of the 4 tires that I had were defective and even with the latest and greatest road force elite tire balancing system they were not able to get it to fully balance. They definitely put in their best effort and were honest enough to tell me that an alignment wasn't necessary because everything was already perfectly aligned. After getting new tires from the manufacturer everything has been perfect! Next time Im going to have Middlebury Garage mount and balance my tires from the start.
