The price was very reasonable, and they took a couple bucks off since I'm military. The quality of the interior detail was flawless, better than I expected for how little I had to pay. Sam runs an RC car shop in the corner of their lobby, and he's a great guy to talk to if you're waiting for someone on the detail side of the shop. I bought a 2018 Kia Sportage SXT back in February and as I slowly trick her out, it came time to face the tint question. It came with the back windows tinted...did I REALLY need to get the fronts done? YES! Then the question: WHO? I've seen the sign for these guys for Xpress Tints 2 for the longest time. Now that I needed the work, it seemed like a decent idea - I mean, they've been around forever, right? YES! Making an appointment was easy, the cost was decent...but the work? AWESOME! I've never gotten tints done before...and what a great experience! Originally, they said it'd take about an hour...and when I arrived and asked? They were right up front: said they were short-handed, running behind and that I was looking about 2.5-hours. Gave me the option to reschedule, I said it was fine. And 2.5 hours later? Got the call that my car was ready. Now remember, I've never had tints. So when I looked...I wasn't so sure it was "right." The tech saw my face, said: "I know it looks a little wavy...that's normal." He then explained to me the curing process - he also explained that their work is guaranteed for the next two years. That if something goes wrong, they'll take care of it at their cost. Then...just as was explained...three days later? Perfection. Matches the factory-ed windows exactly - and every time I look at her, I'm thrilled all over again. Gotta say...don't think I'll need them - not to fix anything at least. But the next car I have that needs it, can't imagine I'll call on anyone else.

There has been no need for rework or problems afterwards. I appreciate the SPF protection provided by the quality XPEL tint. While there I asked about tinting a panoramic all glass roof for a different vehicle. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.
