He didn't understand that Porsche radios must be programmed to the car's vin. and after two replacement radios, 37 (the actual number) phone calls, and patiently waiting for 6 months for him to figure that out, on June 27th he told me to find someone else to finish the job. Since he started it, the insurance won't pay a reputable company to program it, and Frank, who could get paid for programing it won't finish the job. I'm left with a radio that still doesn't work, and no way to fix it except pay for it myself. After he couldn't just replace the radio, Frank is rude and abrupt. YOU should stay as far away from that place as only possible.
