I had my remote starter done there and they did a professional job. And it was done when they said it would be done.

I've been coming here for just about 7 years from being a kid that knew nothing about car audio to…read morenow being an adult and having the resources to finally get what I like. The main reason why I kept returning was because of the customer service and attention to detail. When I first walked in there was a M3 getting a $40k plus car audio install with the best equipment in the industry. Here I was trying to get some used subs I bought off ebay installed and wired up to my car. Right away I was thinking it would be too expensive or my job would be too small for them to even consider. Nope, they priced out what it would cost (same price if not cheaper than the big box stores) and our relationship grew from that moment on. They never once tried to up-sell me either; they just give honest opinions from previous experiences. They're a call or a short drive away and have helped me on numerous occasions. I am now fortunate to have a nicer car with very finicky electrical systems. There is no other place I would feel comfortable bringing my car to get any electronic work done. This is the place to go to in CT for laser jammer and radar detector installs, custom audio setups built around your preferences, rear view and multi-camera systems, GPS, custom center consoles, etc. If you have an idea, they will create it for you.

I had them install a remote car starter last year. They were very reasonable and helpful…read more Absolutely no issues with my car starter. Going back to install another one in our other vehicle.

I received an appointment time and date with Russ... it took a month. On the appointment date,…read moreRuss was on time and waiting for me. I had a new radio for my antique vehicle, he needed to hook up several speakers, amplifier and antenna. He was able to finish the job in 3 hours. Excellent personality, on time service, very reasonable price and expertise. He is only available during the summer re going south for the winter. I would highly recommend.

I searched for a dealer who I could trust working on my 32 year old Porsche 944 that I purchased…read morerecently. Excellent all original low mileage. Some say not to change anything original on a classic car but I wanted an upgrade on the radio which should include Apple CarPlay where I could use apps like Waze, Google Maps, Bluetooth phone, etc. Also more importantly, a backup camera. After visiting a couple of other dealers that offered this service and told me they didn't want to take a chance working on my car, I discovered Russell's. He looked at the car and showed me the perfect unit. The only catch was the installation would require a bigger space that my current radio used. He did a perfect job. It actually looked like it was made to fit the width of the space and after enlarging the height of the space, no one would ever know it was a custom installation. All at a price that was well below what I expected. By the way, there was one issue that needed fixing and instead, he just replaced it.This is the first time I've posted a review. I'm just an older guy driving a car that I used to have when I was much younger. 2nd mid life crisis?
