I had an early appointment, the guys opened up the shop and started on my car right away. I upgraded my darkness grade for a few dollars based on their recommendation, and based on how it would look on my cars. I didn't think I could upgrade but they let me so I more than impressed and I am glad I did, it was worth it! They told me it would take 2 hours and it did, both cars was done on time. I would recommend anyone wanting to get tints done to go see these guys. Lifetime warranty on the tints and workmanship as well. Keep up the good work guys, I will be bringing in my other cars in for other services like Alarms, and maybe a backup camera and possibly some speakers to be put in. :)

First thing they start with is "It doesn't cover this.....it doesn't cover that....etc." Then they try to tell me it covers 5 windows, but ONLY 5 windows on compact cars (trucks & 4dr. sedans are ALL extra) ; a total SCAM!!! On top of that they no longer take appointments, it's strictly 1st come, 1st serve; so unless you are there a 1/2 hour before they open you are looking at 4-5 hour wait and/or drop off car ALL DAY for a 60 minute job. The icing on the cake is ran into owner in parking lot, and not only does he have the demeanor of badger; but has mouth and attitude to match. What a total jerk!! No thanks; I'll NEVER give them my business; good thing Groupon allows you to cancel and get "full" refund if you request it in 1st 1-3 days.

We've continuously expressed the issue with the alarm company, and they'd continuously point the finger to the mechanic and company of where we bought the vehicle. We bought this car in perfect condition, straight off the lot (GMC 2015 SAVANA VAN). Though we procceded to go to the mechanic and have the battery changed two times before we realized that the mechanic obviously wasn't the issue. Again, we expressed the issue with the company & still they said it was the mechanics fault and again... We brought the car back to the mechanic & they told us that it was the alarm company that did a lousy job & therefore that was the reason the battery kept dying. Tired of the constant back and forth and money going down the drain, we removed the alarm system and changed the battery one last time. After the alarm system was finally removed and the new battery was installed, we stopped having issues that we were having before hand (shutting down randomly, needing to be jump started, etc) with the car. It's been several months now talking to Jodi and her employees with no help on coming to a conclusion with what should be done from here foward. I am constantly driving back and forth from East Hartford to West Hartford to Jodi's & the mechanic in Berlin CT. I don't have the time, energy, or money to continuously waste. 7/11/2023, I went to the mechanic and had them write up an evaluation on the car and the work that he's done on it (including the issue with the alarm system). I also called Jodi right after, where I expressed my concerns with the first person who picked up, Anthony. I originally asked for a manager or supervisor, but Anthony said she "was talking another call" and that he "could handle whatever it was that I needed". After hearing about the situation, Anthony offered a reinstallation but we expressed that we weren't really comfortable with reinstalling because of all the issues we've had to deal with when working with this company but we would like to request a refund & would be able to provide information on behalf of the mechanic expressing their concerns and how the alarm system company is at fault. Anthony then put me on hold, and transfer me to Jodi, the owner. Jodi, did not introduce her self but instead started off saying, " we've already talked about this. I've already told you that it's the mechanic fault, and if that mechanic can't fix it then you should go to a different mechanic". I've then expressed to her that she is now speaking to a different person, so reinterate herself. (This back and forth issue has been happening with my mother & father, who are foreigners that are not very fluent in english and Jodi, the owner. ). Throughout the conversation with Jodi, I get absolutely nothing out of the conversation.. No help, nothing. Just extreme disrespect and bad customer service. Me and Jodi, begin aguring, she continuously says that it's the mechanic fault and does not wanna have a conversation. Just wants to let her statement be known and that's that, nothing more. I told her that I no longer have time to keep going back and forth and driving back and forth. She didn't even introduce herself, I don't have any clue who i'm talking to and when I expressed that.. She says, " I don't either, who are you? you don't even sound like the same person I was talking to before" there's much more but unfortunately there's a character limit. We will no longer work with Jodi and her scam of a company. She is horrible, and extremely unprofessional and I suggest those of you who think of going to her to go elsewhere, to people who will value your concerns and issues. People who who won't waste your time, energy, money or take advantage of you & who will be mindful of their mistakes and take responsibility for it. Instead of being disrespectful, unprofessional and consistently pointing fingers at others.

It was much wider and thicker than the original and it was not even installed properly. It was flailing and detached so that water was seeping down into the metal around the windshield. I went back to them and spoke with a worker called Aiden. The solution Aiden had was to add tons of glue. I also asked him why they didn't use the same type of gasket as previously and he did not have an answer for me. I assumed it was a Made-in-China product like so many other things now-a-days and that the original gasket was no longer available. Shortly after, I noticed that other areas of the gasket were loose. I ended up bringing it to someone else. Because of all the glue Aiden had applied, when the new shop took the windshield out, it broke at the last tug. And, they said the wrong gasket was used. Indeed, the correct gasket is still available, which is what Wolf Autoglass installed. All I can say is wow. How are places like this still in business? I went back yet another time to get a copy of the invoice. Rich Bouleau, the owner said he could not give me a copy of it, because he was subcontracted to do the job by Strong's Autocare. He further explained that Strong's was the customer, not me, even though I am the one that hired him to do this job in conjunction with the work that Strong's was doing. Also, he said the gasket they used is a universal gasket. Thank you, Mr. Bouleau for your total lack of pride in the work coming out of your shop and disregard for the customer and their vehicle. This shop is a low-quality establishment and their work is of little to no value, in my experience.
