They told her they would bring it in right away so at that point I was like hell no I ain't waiting for this shit. People in the back were yelling, some lady was sliding the window open with her cane while talking very rude to customers explaining that there was a "crisis" occurring in the shop. A kid from the shop with issues burst in the waiting room crying and started playing with the radios in the waiting room while the people in the back were freaking out with the woman repeatedly screaming "stop fighting!" Just got a refund from Groupon, and will try another tint shop. Horrible communication, customer service, and atmosphere. Some other people were there and already waited two hours.
