Some manager whom identified himself as Marc Chavez called me, didn't apologize, said it was my fault and never did anything else. Marc would not inform his insurance of a 3rd party claim because "it wouldn't meet theit deductible" like that is my problem or a reason to shrug off damages.. Marc also refused to give name of any boss above him to properly handle the situation. The damage still exists and the best I got was that insufferably poor manager to just brush it off. I would highly recommend utilizing another car wash that runs with some integrity and care for its customers. Stay away.
