I was looking for someone to handle a simple dash cam install on a new car…read more I called to discuss and was told I could come down now 5:00- pm as they are open late and could take a look and work out a price, so I drove through rush hour traffic to go there. Got there, parked went in and waited, everyone was in the back, the shop area, one of the guys saw me and told another guy, they were working on or playing with a sound system, there was a little kid on a shop chair or cart rolling around while others were cranking up some music very loud on a system. I figured, give them a few minutes someone will come out to the lobby/entrance and ask me what's up, except nobody ever came. They left me standing there without acknowledging me or saying they would be right out or anything. I waited a few minutes and left, I figured they either didn't want my business or just didn't like the look of me for some reason, so I left, found another shop to do the work. At the very least someone should have either motioned to me that they see me and will be with me in a minute or come to the front to tell me, hey we see you, give me a few minutes to finish up and we will have a look at your car or something, but to just ignore me wasn't going to work for me. People that disrespect their potential customers don't have good business skills and I really don't want to get involved with someone learning their way, I need a pro. We have several vehicles that need installs and a fleet of work vans so I can't waste my time with amateurs. Buyer beware, if you don't mind unprofessionalism and waiting while being ignored as if your time is worthless or being treated like they are doing you a favor to acknowledge you then this is your shop.

I had an old dash cam and it died. I called Diamond Audio city and spoke to donald. He said if I…read morecould come in right away. I did and he checked out my cam it was dead. He asked me several questions and let me choose the next gen in cams. He got one right away the next day and called me to make an appointment. He got it installed in about an hour taught me how to get the app on my phone and how to use it. I would highly recomond him and his partner. They also do car stereo and they do great work on that also.

The owner Dan is extremely rude! I will never go here again! Save your time and avoid this place …read more I purchased a one way car starter and also I purchased tints for my two front windows. I never received a receipt. I went to the store and was told i would have one emailed to me and I never got one. So I called the store today and the man on the phone said your computer was just fixed and that it would be sent to me. Such a hassle to finally get a receipt. If I could give this place no stars I would !Unprofessional is to say the least! I went here to get tints for my front Windows and a car starter installed. I called this place because I found a Groupon online. I was told to not buy the Groupon and to Come into the shop and I will get a better price. ( because Groupon takes a percentage)

Pricing was not what I expected despite reading all the fine print. Came here June 22 for the…read moreGroupon deal ($127 for 5 windows at 30% tint). After reading all the fine print, I concluded that I would only be charged for the two quarter panels on my car (+$40 for both quarter windows) and I confirmed this in person as well. With pricing set straight I left my car with them to perform the work. 20 mins later, they gave me a call and told me that they will need to charge an extra $60 to take off the spoiler to install the rear tint. Keep in mind, the stock spoiler/lip on the Mazda 3 is the same footprint as the third party spoiler that I had on. They insisted that they couldn't do it without taking it off so I ended up eating the cost. Results: They ended up having an experienced user doing the left side of the car so when I went to inspect, there was a small snip of my weather strip cut. Additionally after 2 weeks of having the tint on my car, I found a multitude of tiny dirt bubbles (slightly more than what is considered acceptable). The right side which was done by another installed was fine though. Conclusion: If my total price actually came out to $167 like I intended to pay AND the left side of the tints were actually installed decently, I would have given this place a 4 stars; this would have been a good buy. Like you reading this right now, I was wary of choosing this place because of their 3 star rating. I gave them a shot (despite being an hour drive away from them) and now I regret my decision. I bet they don't even have my information in their system to even bother honoring their "life time warranty". At a total price of $227, save your money and go to a real professional place. Plenty of shops around offer that price for a 5 window + 2 quarter panel 30% tint without the shadiness of a Groupon.
