When he did walk over to my car he was still on the phone and asked me what I needed. He never said hello, never looked at me - just told me to pay inside and went back to his loud phone conversation. While my car was being washed I used the woman's restroom. The seat was up and the toilet was covered in dried urine stains. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned recently and was gross. Once my car was toweled off, a man drove it forward and jumped out of the driver seat.
