The price was very reasonable, and they took a couple bucks off since I'm military. The quality of the interior detail was flawless, better than I expected for how little I had to pay. Sam runs an RC car shop in the corner of their lobby, and he's a great guy to talk to if you're waiting for someone on the detail side of the shop. When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. I've had a Silver Unlimited wash package since it's inception. I went today, 01/28/2025 to wash my…read morevehicle and I was told that my Silver subscription had expired and that my wash today wouod be $20. I was paying $36/month for the Silver plan. I asked if I could renew it and was told no. That a new service that processes the transactions was being implemented and would not be ready to process "unlimited" washes until the end of February. I asked why i wasnt notified about any of this and there wasnt a reason. I find this unprofessional that no notofication was made to inform me that the program i was enrolled in was ending. That I would have to pay a per wash each time I washed my vehicle until at least the end of February. I mean they couldn't post a sign at the entrance to inform customers? Apparently not.
