**Disappointing Experience - Won't Be Returning**…read more I recently visited this car wash and was left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. Like a most carwashes, there is a menu of confusing packages that aren't consistent between locations. When checking in, I told the attendant I needed the interior done really well and he told me that I should get the "gold" package for $30 because they would vacuum and clean the interior, do windows and exterior. You can wait inside and through the windows, watch your vehicle progress down the conveyer belt. Exterior is just washed by their machines and there's a guy at the exit who wipes down what didn't dry with the blowers. When I went to get my car, it was obvious they didn't do the interior at all. The attendant said that he doesn't know why it wasn't done and would have the staff take care of it. A couple minutes later, my car was parked outside and superficially cleaned. While they did vacuum and smudged the windshield, they didn't vacuum the storage area, there was still dirt on the floor mats and the wheels werent cleaned! For $30, I expected a more thorough and professional cleaning. Unfortunately, this car wash failed to deliver. I ended up having to rewash the windows and vacuum the interior myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash in the first place. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

He never said hello, never looked at me - just told me to pay inside and went back to his loud phone conversation. While my car was being washed I used the woman's restroom. The seat was up and the toilet was covered in dried urine stains. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned recently and was gross. Once my car was toweled off, a man drove it forward and jumped out of the driver seat. The hazard lights were on and I thought I noticed the reverse lights on but thought perhaps the headlights got turned on. I got into my car and realized it had been left in reverse with the parking brake on!! These guys are rude and careless. I gave it two stars because my car looks great but I won't be going back again.

When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done.
