I am a car guy, love my cars and like to keep them as clean as possible. I was looking for a detailer in the area and took the chance on this business based on a yelp review. The place is a bit hard to find, on a side street off main, but they do have a decent sized detailing area and parking space. The paint on the Audi was already in good shape but the interior needed some cleaning. Since it is an old car, almost 20 years old, I was willing to take a chance with the paint correction and the ceramic coating. It is almost a days long effort, but when I went to pick the car up, It did looked brand new! Me and my daughter's excitement can not be explained when we looked at the final product as the car had transformed, smelt great, had a nice shine and the ceramic coating enhanced the colors of the window panel and is most noticeable on the windshield as the clarity has greatly improved. Other areas that I would call out are the headlights which were restored and the engine bay, which showed colors that I had not seen before post cleaning. Keeping all the improvements aside what I liked about the service was that these are honest, hardworking folks, who take pride in their work. Jose had the same big smile as we did when we went to inspect the car. Now that is a sign of a person who stands behind his work. It has been three weeks so far and the car still looks great. In December, I took a trip to Fairfield, CT and came across his business. When I contacted Dylan via Facebook, he was professional and responded in a timely manner. I told him I was visiting from out of town and would get a rental car to use while he had it because it was out of control and I couldn't take it anymore. He offered to pick up my Jeep from my hotel when I had turned in for the night. I ordered the full package, so my filthy Jeep took about 5 hours. He returned it to the hotel parking lot, left my keys in the console and locked it. When I woke up and ran down to my Jeep like it was Christmas, I was speechless! It smelled new! It looked amazing inside and out! My sealed window treatment was reflecting the rain like he said. I could see my reflection in every angle of the car. Terrible service! Will not be returning. This was my car wash place for a long time. I brought it…read morein today for the Extreme wash ($40) and there was still things on the car hood like bird poop and other easily removed spots. I asked the person if they can use the spray and remove it or give it to me and allow me to remove it. Kevin who seemed to be the manager and Vivian at the cash register both said I would have to pay $10 more to get these spots removed. Why would I pay more, that's the whole point of a car wash?! If you want the same service as driving your car in a light rain shower and throwing $40 down a sewer then this might be a good spot for you. The interior was barely clean as well. I went home and finished the job myself. There are plenty of options to get a real car wash so it's easy to no longer give this place my business. Every single thing in these photos was easily removed when I got home. Previously when I would come here, the staff did an excellent job and would take care of all of this without even asking. Now they just run your car through the machine and tell you to hit the bricks.
