I brought it…read morein today for the Extreme wash ($40) and there was still things on the car hood like bird poop and other easily removed spots. I asked the person if they can use the spray and remove it or give it to me and allow me to remove it. Kevin who seemed to be the manager and Vivian at the cash register both said I would have to pay $10 more to get these spots removed. Why would I pay more, that's the whole point of a car wash?! If you want the same service as driving your car in a light rain shower and throwing $40 down a sewer then this might be a good spot for you. The interior was barely clean as well. I went home and finished the job myself. There are plenty of options to get a real car wash so it's easy to no longer give this place my business. Every single thing in these photos was easily removed when I got home. Previously when I would come here, the staff did an excellent job and would take care of all of this without even asking. Now they just run your car through the machine and tell you to hit the bricks.

I came out of the other side of the car wash and had to instantly leave the parking lot because it was crowded and there was nowhere to stop and look at the car. When I was finally able to stop and look at the car, it was still dirty. The car wash did a terrible job. I called the number on my receipt, which was the corporate offices and what they told me was that I should've paid for a higher level wash if I wanted my car to be cleaner. That is not an acceptable answer to me. They said that there was no phone at the location, but that I could email the general manager who oversaw the location on Villa Avenue, Fairfield CT, to report my displeasure with the job and to see how he wanted to handle it. Mr. Amso never responded to my email. I will never go back to Russell Speeders car wash in any location. They are a total rip off, and do not stand behind their product/workmanship.
