AAK should not bother with having it. I had made an appointment one day at 9am and I showed up about 10 minutes early. When I showed up there was a car already waiting parked at the door waiting for service. This person did not have an appointment and was serviced first even when I showed the attendant I had an appointment. I was told I had to wait.. Now the reason I made an appointment was so I could schedule other things during the day. I couldn't wait so I called to complain and the person said "Oh so sorry. Can you come back later?" I said "Well I live 15 miles away. It's a 30 mile round trip". The person said "Well I can give you Half off'. You can come Saturday". This is not an option for me. I personally work 3 jobs I don't have time for that. I also don't want half off. What I wanted was service at my appointment time. This outfit does good work, but I wouldn't bother with making a appointment. Just show up early, they'll slip you in in front of the appointments.
